Installation

Read the TeraFlex instructions for this part before starting and confirm any bump stop spacer requirement. Tighten the track bar hardware with the vehicle at ride height. A certified mechanic is recommended, and an alignment is advised afterward.

Covers the JL rear HD forged adjustable track bar. Adjust the bar to center the axle (the factory bar is 37-9/16"), install it with the OEM hardware, and tighten with the Jeep on the ground and the suspension loaded; axle centering can be done during the alignment. Alternate between the two clamp bolts until both hold torque, which may take up to 10 passes.

Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the cartons when the order is placed; larger kits and axles ship by freight. Inspect on delivery. Inspect the carton and every part as soon as the delivery arrives, note any shipping damage with the carrier, and contact us right away so we can make it right.
