Features
Targets one driveline wear point
Each part in this collection replaces or improves a single component, so you can repair the piece that needs attention instead of buying a complete assembly.
Made for lifted Jeep angles
These parts are developed with lifted suspensions in mind, where steeper driveline angles and longer travel put extra stress on joints, hubs and mounts.
Hardware and instructions from TeraFlex
Each kit ships with the TeraFlex parts it lists, and installation guides are linked on the product pages where TeraFlex publishes them.
Home garage friendly jobs
These are bolt-on service jobs that a capable home mechanic can handle with hand tools and a torque wrench, though TeraFlex recommends a certified mechanic.

Installation
Type: Driveline and axle-end service parts · Install: Bolt-on, hand tools and a torque wrench · Afterward: Recheck fasteners after the first miles
Read the TeraFlex instructions for this part completely before starting, and use the factory service manual alongside them. A certified mechanic is recommended. Recheck all fasteners after the first miles of driving.
Covers replacing the factory Rzeppa CV joint on the driveshaft: the driveshaft comes out, the old joint, boot clamp and snap ring come off, and the new bearing assembly is packed completely with the supplied grease before it goes in. TeraFlex stresses that this is the only chance to grease the joint, and a 6mm hex tool is included for the flange bolts.
Tools named in the guide: General mechanics tools, Torque wrench, 3-jaw puller (optional), Snap ring pliers, T-50 Torx, Supplied 6mm hex tool
Torque: 29 ft-lb, CV joint bolts, tightened with the supplied 6mm hex tool and blue thread locker; 89 ft-lb, 15mm driveshaft bolts on reinstallation

About TeraFlex
TeraFlex is a Jeep company at heart, started and staffed by people who drive them. It designs, engineers and builds suspension systems, shocks, axles and performance parts, with the Wrangler and Gladiator at the center of the lineup.
The company traces its history to the 1950s, when it began as MEPCO (Military Equipment Parts Company), one of the first companies anywhere to supply Jeep parts and accessories. TeraFlex Manufacturing followed in 1996 to build heavy-duty suspension for the TJ Wrangler, and the brand credits itself with the first suspension system for that coil-spring platform, a low-range gearing option for the 231 transfer case and the CRD60 high-pinion axle.
The current catalog covers full lift systems, the Falcon shock line and a long list of Wrangler and Gladiator upgrades, and the company is now carrying the same engineering approach to other vehicles as well.
