The Weather Guard 2271-3-01 EZGLIDE2 drop-down van ladder rack takes the fight out of loading long ladders on a full-size van. Instead of pressing a heavy extension ladder overhead, you unlock the rack, let the smooth dual-hydraulic-damper rollers glide it down to about waist height, load the ladder at the side of the van, then swing it back up and lock it. EZGLIDE2 is Weather Guard's next-generation drop-down system, built to be the lightest and easiest on the market, roughly 50 percent easier to operate than typical drop-down racks so you take strain and injury risk off your crew. This single-side rack mounts on either the driver or passenger side of low-roof full-size vans, carries extension ladders up to 40' plus step and podium ladders, and rides on lightweight aluminum with a Brite White ARMOR-TUF powder coat that shrugs off weather and road salt.

Ground-Level Ladder Loading
The drop-down system lowers your ladder to about waist height at the side of the van so you load and unload without lifting overhead. That single change cuts the awkward, high-effort part of the job and helps keep shoulders and backs healthy over a long work week.
