The Weather Guard 11921-52-01 cargo stops are adjustable rests that help hold ladders, pipe and long materials on top of your Weather Guard aluminum headache rack. They give your load something to sit against so it does not slide side to side while you drive. This is a 2-pack of aluminum stops in a black ARMOR TUF finish, and each one slides along the length of the rack and locks in place with a knob, so you can set the spacing to match your load without any tools. They fit only the Weather Guard aluminum modular headache racks (11902-52-01 Open Frame, 11908-52-01 Half Bar, 11904-52-01 Louvered and 11906-52-01 Hex) and not the older steel Protect-A-Rail cab protectors.
What's Included:
Two aluminum cargo stops (one 2-pack)
Adjustment knob on each stop for tool-free positioning along the rack
Features
Holds Ladders and Long Loads in Place The cargo stops give ladders, pipe and long material a solid edge to rest against on top of the rack, so your load stays put instead of shifting across the bars. They add a simple point of support that makes tying down long items easier and more secure.
Slide and Lock, No Tools Needed Each stop slides along the length of the rack and locks down with a knob, so you can loosen it, move it to match your load, and snug it back up by hand. There is no drilling and no wrench needed to reposition them.
Sold as a 2-Pack You get two matching stops in the box, so you can set one on each side of a load and pin it in place. Two stops cover most ladder and lumber setups right out of the package.
Aluminum With a Black ARMOR TUF Finish The stops are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum with a black ARMOR TUF powder coat, so they stand up to weather and daily loading and match the black finish of the rack while keeping the added weight low.

Weather Guard Defender Series Truck Rack Install
Weather Guard's Defender Series install video shows the lightweight aluminum truck rack going onto a pickup with no drilling required. You see the compression clamps grip the bed rails and the crossbars set up to carry ladders, lumber and pipe, rated to about 800 pounds. It makes clear how quickly the rack mounts and how the ladder stops keep a load in place. It is a helpful look at the rack in place before you buy or install your own.
Weather Guard Steel Truck Rack Install
This official Weather Guard guide shows how to install a steel truck rack for hauling ladders, lumber and long loads over the bed. You watch the rack mount to the bed and get tightened down, with the load bars set for ladders and pipe. It gives a clear picture of how the rack goes on and how much it adds to a truck's hauling capability. It is the manufacturer's own reference for setting up the rack correctly.
Best Upgrade for Your Truck
This is Weather Guard's own brand film about outfitting a working pickup, built on the idea that the truck should already be loaded and organized before the day starts. It puts the bed and rail equipment in the context of a real work day rather than a spec sheet.
Watch it if you are still deciding how much storage a truck actually needs. It is the clearest short look at how Weather Guard boxes, racks and drawer units are meant to work together on one vehicle, and it comes straight from the manufacturer rather than a reseller.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
What do the cargo stops do?
They give ladders, pipe and long materials a solid edge to rest against on top of the rack so the load does not slide side to side while you drive. They are a support and positioning accessory for the rack.
How do they adjust?
Each stop slides along the length of the rack and locks in place with a knob you turn by hand. Loosen the knob to move a stop, then tighten it back down. No tools and no drilling are needed.
How many come in a pack?
Two. They are sold as a 2-pack, so you can set one on each side of your load right out of the box.
Do the cargo stops strap my load down for me?
No. They help position and retain a load so it does not shift, but you still need to strap or tie your cargo down properly. Use them together with your tie-downs, not in place of them.
Which racks do they fit?
They fit the four Weather Guard aluminum modular headache racks: the 11902-52-01 Open Frame, 11908-52-01 Half Bar, 11904-52-01 Louvered and 11906-52-01 Hex. They do not fit the older steel Protect-A-Rail cab protectors.
What are they made of?
Corrosion-resistant aluminum with a black ARMOR TUF powder coat, so they hold up to weather and daily loading and match the black finish of the rack. They are backed by a Weather Guard Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
