Description & Fitment
The 11922 is a pair of tie-down attachment points for Weather Guard's aluminum headache racks, made of steel in matte black with red. Each one is 3.2" long and rides on a square nut in the rack's channel, so you can slide it to the right spot and tighten it as a strap anchor.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check your fit: you need an aluminum Weather Guard headache rack: the Open Frame 11902-52-01, Louvered 11904-52-01, Hex 11906-52-01 or Half Bar 11908-52-01. The points fit the rack's channel, whatever the truck.
Not for: the steel Protect-A-Rail 1906 or 1908 racks or other brands' racks. To keep loads from sliding sideways, see the 11921-52-01 cargo stops.

No. A square nut drops into the rack's slot and the point screws onto it.
What strap rating do they have?
Weather Guard does not publish a load rating for these points. Use them to steady a load, not as the only restraint for heavy cargo.
Does it fit a steel Protect-A-Rail?
No. Weather Guard lists it only for its aluminum headache racks, which have the channel it mounts in.
Installation
Here's the short version. Follow Weather Guard's install sheet (below) for the exact positions and hardware.
- Attachment point: drop the square nut into the rail slot, loosely fit the attachment point with its screw, slide it where you want it and tighten.
- Cargo stop: set a square nut in the slot, slide the stop down over it, and snug the knob onto the nut. Repeat on the other side.

- Werner Co. picks the remedy: it repairs the faulty part or replaces the whole accessory at no charge for parts or labor, or it may refund what you paid or issue a credit toward a new Weather Guard product.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accident damage, repairs Werner Co. did not authorize, misuse, overloading, or a accessory that was not mounted or used as Weather Guard's written instructions describe. Damage to what you carry or to the vehicle is excluded too.
- Where the law allows, Werner Co. accepts no liability for incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, economic loss included. This is the only express warranty on Weather Guard products, and no dealer can change it.

Inspect on delivery
Count the pieces and their square nuts and fasteners against the carton before you slide anything into the rack channel. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
