On a gutter van, clamp the rack to the rain gutters square and level. On a Transit, ProMaster, NV, or Sprinter, install the matching Weather Guard channel kit first, then bolt the long rack down. Because it is a full-length rack, have a second person help lift and align it. Set the adjustable ladder stops for your load and confirm the roller bar turns freely. Follow the printed Weather Guard instructions and honor the recommended payload for your van.
