Installation

On a gutter van, clamp the rack to the rain gutters square and level. On a Transit, ProMaster, NV, or Sprinter, install the matching Weather Guard channel kit first, then bolt the rack down. Set the adjustable ladder stops for your load and confirm the roller bar turns freely. Follow the printed Weather Guard instructions for placement and torque, and honor the recommended payload for your van.
