Built for your truck

Each NEXUS part number is made for one truck and bed length. Eight latching points hold the closed cover to the rails, and a cable release frees them together. A perimeter seal and rail seals keep rain and dust out without drain tubes. The cover is weather resistant rather than waterproof, so pack moisture-sensitive gear in a sealed bin.

Folds forward, flips up

The panels fold forward in sections toward the cab. Lift the folded stack and the Active Lock catches it upright on its own, opening the full bed from one side of the truck. There is no prop rod to set, and the panels stay off the cab paint.

How does the NEXUS open?

Release the cable-operated latches, fold the panels toward the cab, then lift the folded cover. The Active Lock holds it upright automatically, giving full bed access from one side with no prop rod.

Will the raised cover touch my cab?

The Active Lock holds the raised cover in place so the panels do not rest fully against the cab, which helps protect the paint.

Is the NEXUS waterproof?

Worksport describes its hard covers as weather resistant and does not call them waterproof. A perimeter seal and full-length rail seals keep most rain and dust out without drain tubes, and the warranty does not cover wind or weather damage.

Can I put weight on the cover?

Worksport rates the closed cover for up to 400 lb spread evenly across the panels. Its warranty still discourages placing items on top, so keep cargo inside the bed whenever you can.

Can I drive with it open?

Yes. The cover can ride closed, folded or flipped up. Worksport asks that it be firmly fastened in the chosen position and that you avoid high speeds while it is open.

How do I confirm the right fit?

Each NEXUS is built for a specific truck and bed length. Match your year, model, bed length and any factory bed features listed in the fitment notes, and if unsure, measure the bed inside from the bulkhead to the closed tailgate.
