Features
Trigger latch and dual slide locks A one-finger trigger on the driver side releases the rear bar, and the latch sets itself when the cover closes. Slide locks on both sides push in to lock and pull out to release.
EZ-Dial tension adjusters Turning the dials tightens or loosens the fabric with no tools. Setting both sides equally keeps the cover drum tight, which helps it shed water and last longer.
Low 1/2" profile The cover rides 1/2" above the box for a trim, low line on the truck. Black aluminum bars pair with silver side rails and bows, and most long boxes get three bows instead of two.
Full-length hook-and-loop sealing A 1" slide-in hook strip fastens the fabric edge along the entire length of each side rail. One person can roll the cover up tight for full use of the bed.
Seals on all four sides Built-in front and rear vinyl seals and foam on the side rails close off the perimeter of the box. An Element Seal bulkhead gasket is an available add-on.

Bed liners: Under the rail drop-in bed liner requires minimal modification at front corner of box and back by tailgate. Over the rail drop-in bed liner requires considerable modification.
After installing: For trucks with electric tailgates, cover and tailgate should remain closed after installation for at least 24 hours. (electric tailgates only)
Warranty. Agri-Cover backs the TonnoSport with a 2-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, counted from the date of receipt or manufacture. It covers repair or replacement of defective parts, not labor, and excludes accident, misuse, improper installation and normal wear. Shipping. The cover arrives pre-rolled with its side rails and mounting hardware packed alongside. Inspect on delivery. Check every component against the parts list and look over the rails and fabric for shipping damage before you start the install.

About Access
Access roll-up covers are designed and built by Agri-Cover, Inc., a Jamestown, North Dakota company whose lineup also spans mud flaps, snow plows, ag tarps, pickup racks, truck toppers and hard covers. The Access Original roll-up has been in the catalog since 1991, and every Access roll-up since has kept the same rail-mounted, hook-and-loop sealed layout.

Agri-Cover supports the TonnoSport with a 2-year limited warranty. The serial number is on a decal under the rear bar; have it ready for warranty claims and when ordering original replacement parts through Agri-Cover customer service.
A low line over the bed
The TonnoSport rides just 1/2" above the box, so the closed cover reads as part of the truck rather than something added on top. Silver rails and bows sit under black bars and textured black vinyl.
One finger to open
A trigger on the driver side frees the rear bar with a single finger, and closing the cover sets the latch again. Slide locks on both sides add a second hold when you want it.
Tension you set by hand
EZ-Dial adjusters let you tighten or relax the vinyl without tools. Keeping it drum tight helps the cover shed water and keeps it looking sharp.

Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Is the TonnoSport waterproof?
No soft roll-up cover is fully waterproof. Seals on all four sides keep most weather out, but some moisture and dust can still reach the bed, so wrap cargo that has to stay dry.
How does the TonnoSport lock?
A one-finger trigger on the driver side releases the rear bar, and the latch sets itself when you close the cover. Slide locks on both sides add a second hold; with a locking tailgate the bed stays closed to casual access, though no soft cover is theft-proof.
How do I adjust the tension?
Roll the cover open and turn both EZ-Dial adjusters by equal amounts: counterclockwise to tighten, clockwise to loosen. A properly set cover sounds drum-like when tapped and sheds water better.
Will it work with my bed liner?
Spray-in liners and bed mats are compatible. Drop-in liners that sit under the rail need minor trimming at the front corners and by the tailgate, and over-the-rail drop-ins need considerable modification.
Can I tow a fifth-wheel trailer with the cover installed?
Yes. Roll the cover up to the front of the box and secure it with the storage straps before hooking up.
Do I have to drill into my truck?
Standard TonnoSport installs clamp to the box, but some applications use special hardware, a bolt-on procedure or drilling. The Installation tab on each listing shows exactly what that truck needs.
