BAK Revolver X4ts Hard Roll-Up Tonneau Cover for 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma (6'2" Bed)

Here's the short version. Follow BAK's install sheet (below) for your truck's exact clamp and bracket positions.

1. Load the cargo rails. Pull the factory end cap off each cargo rail, slide in three T-nuts and put the cap back.
2. Fit the adaptor rails. Mount a strap clamp to the passenger adaptor rail near the cab with a T-nut kit, set the adaptor rail about 1/2" from the cab and line the T-nuts up with its holes (not the big slotted holes). Press it down and tighten to 10 ft-lb with a 1/2" socket. Repeat on the driver side; a second pair of hands helps.
3. Seal the bulkhead. Clean it with soap and water, then isopropyl alcohol, and stick the seal flush with the front edge: 3/4" without a drop-in bedliner, 1/4" with one.
4. Clamp the cover rails. Set each cover rail on its adaptor rail with the slotted bracket against the cargo rail at the cab, and clamp it at the front, center and rear flanges, square and level, at 10 ft-lb (14 Nm) with a 9/16" socket.
5. Set the cover and square it. Rest the cover on the rails at the cab and roll it toward the tailgate, fit the mounting bolts and knobs loosely, line up the front vinyl edge and keep about 1/8" (3.2 mm) on each side so both latches meet the locking levers.
6. Lock it in. Roll the cover open without knocking it out of line and tighten the knobs by hand only. Close it and check the locking levers hold it down on both sides. Clean the slats and stick on the four D-shaped bumpers so the rolled cover stays off the cab.
