AT4 1500
Fairly easy install. Looks great and is low profile to the bed. Wish it was a little longer as it does not have much overlap in the front or back of the bed. Happy with the product.

Straight answers on specs, fit and support
BAK lists the F1 across 1988-2014 Chevrolet and GMC full-size trucks with the 6'6" bed, and the C/K era falls inside that. Measure the bed floor from the bulkhead to the closed tailgate first: you are looking for about 78". Because cab and bed combinations varied a lot on these trucks, send us your year, cab style, and that measurement and we will confirm before you order.
Yes. On these GM trucks the F1 clamps to the bed rail whether or not the factory track and tie-down system is installed. You do not need to remove the track to fit the cover.
Measure inside the bed, from the bulkhead to the inside face of the closed tailgate. About 68" is the 5'8" short bed, about 78" is this 6'6" standard bed, and about 98" is the 8' long bed. Bed length is what decides the cover, not cab style.
It keeps rain and spray off your cargo. EPDM perimeter seals close the gap at the rails, rounded hinges shed water, and drain tubes route the rest out at the front of the bed. Like every folding cover it is water-resistant rather than waterproof, and on an older truck a warped or worn tailgate will leak at the back edge no matter which cover you fit, so check that seal surface first.
That is the specific problem the F1's latching design solves. Each panel latches into the aluminum side rail as the cover closes, so there is no free edge to get a bar under. With the tailgate shut and locked the bed is closed.
Up to 400 lb evenly distributed across the closed panels. That is fine for a flat load, a couple of ladders on a rack, or gear spread across the cover. It is not a rating for a concentrated point load and it is not a platform to stand on.

High quality and easy to install.
This is my 3rd one so installation was a breeze,. Beautiful finish.
Overall easy to install and looks great. Seems to be excessive leaking around tailgate when it rains or go through the carwash. Need a better seal there.
I am very pleased with this truck cover. Easy to install, but did require two people. Looks great and I am looking forward to having this for years.
Great product very easy to install and my truck looks great
Beautiful, durable and just looks perfect . Worth every penny .
The original design for the F1 was so much better
Looked at many options and decided this was the best fit for the money. Very sturdy and fits perfect. Was a breeze to install and functions as advertised.
Back in 2011 I purchased their original f1 came out. This one is lighter then my old one. The rear seal is also better then the rubber they used to have. Now its metal with a rubber seal sitting on the tail gate. So far I love the new cover!
Looks great and very easy to install after I laid everything out it took about an hour to do by myself
I bought F1 to replace a hail damaged G2. After installation I discovered that the rails have no groove for mounting my existing BAKbox. Support on the phone said Yes, we redesigned the rails on all tonneaus a couple of years ago and BAKbox doesnt mount on any of our current rails. Nothing on the website when I ordered the F1 gave any hint my BAKbox would not mount!
