FRP Top Skins Over a High-Density Foam Core
The F1 is built in layers. Heavy-duty fiber-reinforced plastic top skins take the hits, a rigid high-density foam core carries the load, and powder-coated aluminum bottom skins close the sandwich. Coverage runs to the original purchaser and is not transferable, and warranty registration or a dated proof of purchase may be required. It does not cover accident damage, neglect, improper installation, or improper servicing. To keep coverage: clean with mild automotive soap and water only, keep the cover secured at every point while the vehicle is moving, clear snow and ice before opening it, re-check the clamps after the first week of driving and periodically after that, and remove the cover before towing the truck from the rear.
