AT4 1500
Fairly easy install. Looks great and is low profile to the bed. Wish it was a little longer as it does not have much overlap in the front or back of the bed. Happy with the product.

The DT is the redesigned truck: one-piece grille, RAM badge on the nose, and a modern cab. The Classic kept the older split-grille body and says Classic on the tailgate. This cover is for the DT with the 6'4" bed; the Classic uses BAK-772203.
On the 5'7" DT bed, BAK splits that into separate part numbers and BAK-772226 is the Multifunction-tailgate cover. For this 6'4" bed, RealTruck lists no Multifunction restriction on the F1, but we would rather confirm than guess: message us with your VIN or build sheet before ordering and we will check it against BAK's current data.
No. RamBox needs a narrower cover that sits inboard of the bed-side lids. On the 6'4" DT bed that is a different part number, and fitting this one would sit the rails on top of the lids and stop them opening.
Yes, on the DT 1500 RealTruck lists the TRX bed bar as incompatible with the F1 and says installation requires removing it. If your truck has the factory bed bar it has to come out before the cover goes on.
The DT has a good flat rail for the seals to land on, so this is one of the better applications for a folding cover. EPDM perimeter seals close the rail gap, rounded hinges shed water, and the rails drain out the front of the bed. It stays water-resistant rather than sealed.
Not on top of the cover. The 400 lb rating is for evenly distributed static load, not for clamped hardware. A bed rack that bolts to the bed rails and sits alongside the F1 is the way to do it on a DT.

High quality and easy to install.
This is my 3rd one so installation was a breeze,. Beautiful finish.
Overall easy to install and looks great. Seems to be excessive leaking around tailgate when it rains or go through the carwash. Need a better seal there.
I am very pleased with this truck cover. Easy to install, but did require two people. Looks great and I am looking forward to having this for years.
Great product very easy to install and my truck looks great
Beautiful, durable and just looks perfect . Worth every penny .
The original design for the F1 was so much better
Looked at many options and decided this was the best fit for the money. Very sturdy and fits perfect. Was a breeze to install and functions as advertised.
Back in 2011 I purchased their original f1 came out. This one is lighter then my old one. The rear seal is also better then the rubber they used to have. Now its metal with a rubber seal sitting on the tail gate. So far I love the new cover!
Looks great and very easy to install after I laid everything out it took about an hour to do by myself
I bought F1 to replace a hail damaged G2. After installation I discovered that the rails have no groove for mounting my existing BAKbox. Support on the phone said Yes, we redesigned the rails on all tonneaus a couple of years ago and BAKbox doesnt mount on any of our current rails. Nothing on the website when I ordered the F1 gave any hint my BAKbox would not mount!
