The Go Rhino 3100 Series StepGuard is a modular, multi-piece grille guard built from mild steel and finished in textured black powder coat. A step bar built into the front of the guard gives easy access to the hood and engine. The line includes the StepGuard alone, the StepGuard with bolt-on brush guards, and a winch plate kit that takes the place of the step bar to carry a winch of up to 9,500 lb.

Installation

Each 3100 Series part bolts on with its vehicle-specific mounting kit, and Go Rhino lists no drilling on most applications. Several applications still call for cutting factory plastic components, and some require removing the tow hooks, so the guide for your part number is the reference for every step.
Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty. Go Rhino covers this product against defects in material and workmanship for 5 years on black finishes, counted from the date of purchase. A claim needs the original invoice along with photos of the item. Coverage is for the cost of the product only, so removal, installation and shipping are not included, and exposed welds are not covered. Coverage ends when a product has been altered, misused, mishandled or neglected, cared for or applied improperly, or damaged by a faulty installation, and it provides a one-time replacement on workmanship when those conditions are met. Owners are expected to clean the product regularly and protect the finish with a nonabrasive polish that suits it.
Shipping. Large parts such as bumpers, grille guards, bars and racks ship by ground carrier in long or heavy cartons, and an oversize carton can travel by freight. The carrier and service are chosen by the size and weight of the carton when the order ships.
Inspect on delivery. Open the carton when it arrives and check every part and the hardware against the parts list in the Go Rhino guide before you start. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim.
