Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty. Go Rhino backs the CEROS roof rack with a 5-year limited warranty. Under Go Rhino's warranty terms, a product that fails from a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship is repaired or replaced at Go Rhino's discretion, and the finish is covered for the original owner, covering red rust, peeling, flaking and cracking for 5 years from the date of purchase. Go Rhino may ask for proof of purchase and photos, and every warranty return needs an RGA number.
Shipping. Large parts such as bumpers, grille guards, bars and racks ship by ground carrier in long or heavy cartons, and an oversize carton can travel by freight. The carrier and service are chosen by the size and weight of the carton when the order ships.
Inspect on delivery. Open the carton when it arrives and check every part and the hardware against the parts list in the Go Rhino guide before you start. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim.
