Warranty. Go Rhino covers this product against defects in material and workmanship for 5 years on black finishes and for the life of the product on polished stainless, counted from the date of purchase. A claim needs the original invoice along with photos of the item. Coverage is for the cost of the product only, so removal, installation and shipping are not included, and exposed welds are not covered. Coverage ends when a product has been altered, misused, mishandled or neglected, cared for or applied improperly, or damaged by a faulty installation, and it provides a one-time replacement on workmanship when those conditions are met. Owners are expected to clean the product regularly and protect the finish with a nonabrasive polish that suits it.

Shipping. Large parts such as bumpers, grille guards, bars and racks ship by ground carrier in long or heavy cartons, and an oversize carton can travel by freight. The carrier and service are chosen by the size and weight of the carton when the order ships.

Inspect on delivery. Open the carton when it arrives and check every part and the hardware against the parts list in the Go Rhino guide before you start. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim.

A tougher front end

The Charger RC2 sets a tubular hoop across the front of the vehicle with a skid plate built in underneath. It helps fend off brush, road debris and minor bumps while giving the front end a stronger look.

Polished stainless or textured black

The polished stainless version is made from 2.5" stainless tubing and keeps its shine with regular cleaning and a non-abrasive wax. The textured black version uses 3" mild steel tubing for a darker, low-gloss look.

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Are lights included with the Charger RC2?

No. The bar has pre-drilled holes for up to two 6" auxiliary lights, but no lights come in the box. Buy the lights separately and mount them when you are ready.

Will it work with my front sensors or driver-assist features?

Not on every application. Some Charger RC2 kits are not compatible with Toyota Dynamic Laser Cruise Control or Toyota Safety Sense, and some are not for vehicles with front park assist. The fit notes for your vehicle list any such limit.

Do I have to drill or cut anything?

The bar bolts to brackets that use factory mounting points, so no drilling into the frame is called for. Some applications trim a plastic deflector, and vehicles without factory tow hooks may need the lower valance cut to a template; the guide for your part number says which applies.

What is the difference between the stainless and black versions?

The polished stainless bar is made from 2.5" stainless tubing and carries a limited lifetime warranty. The textured black bar uses 3" mild steel tubing and carries a 5-year limited warranty.

How do I care for the finish?

Wash the bar with a gentle car wash soap and water, dry it fully, and protect the finish now and then with a non-abrasive automotive wax such as pure carnauba. Go Rhino's care notes warn against abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds and harsh bug and tar removers, which scratch the finish or cause it to fail.
