Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty. The warranty covers this product against defects in material and workmanship for 5 years on black finishes, counted from the date of purchase. A claim needs the original invoice along with photos of the item. Coverage is for the cost of the product only, so removal, installation and shipping are not included, and exposed welds are not covered. Coverage ends when a product has been altered, misused, mishandled or neglected, cared for or applied improperly, or damaged by a faulty installation, and it provides a one-time replacement on workmanship when those conditions are met. Owners are expected to clean the product regularly and protect the finish with a nonabrasive polish that suits it.

Shipping. Large parts such as bumpers, grille guards, bars and racks ship by ground carrier in long or heavy cartons, and an oversize carton can travel by freight. The carrier and service are chosen by the size and weight of the carton when the order ships.

Inspect on delivery. Open the carton when it arrives and check every part and the hardware against the parts list in the Go Rhino guide before you start. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim.

Does the Charger RC2 LR come with lights?

Only when the listing title says so. Versions with Xplor lights include a 20" single-row light bar or one or two pairs of 3" cube lights. Versions listed as Lights Not Included ship with open cut-outs for lights you buy separately.

Which light cut-out should I choose?

Pick the 20" cut-out for one single-row light bar, or the two or four 3" x 3" cut-outs for cube lights. The cut-out style is set by the part number, so choose the one that matches the lights you plan to run.

Will it work with front parking sensors?

The bar may get in the way of front parking sensors and other forward-facing technology. Several F-150 versions are not for trucks with front park assist, so check the fit notes for your truck.

Is installation bolt-on?

How do I care for the black finish?

Wash the bar with a gentle car wash soap and water, dry it fully, and protect the finish now and then with a non-abrasive automotive wax such as pure carnauba. Go Rhino's care notes warn against abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds and harsh bug and tar removers, which scratch the finish or cause it to fail.
