Soft surface, serious protection
The Guardian Comfort bed mat covers the bed floor with a cushioned DriGard surface that is easy on knees and gentle on cargo, yet it still stands up to heavy loads and daily work. Underneath, the factory bed floor stays protected from scratches and scuffs.
Cargo stays where you load it
A high-grip surface keeps boxes, coolers and tools from sliding as you drive, and the cushion cuts rattle and road noise from the load. When the day is done, mud and debris hose off with the mat left in place.
Cut for your truck's bed
Each mat is cut for a specific truck and bed length, with a version for bare or spray-in beds and, for many trucks, one for drop-in plastic liners. Husky assembles the mat in the USA and backs it with a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Do I need to drill holes in my truck bed?
No hole goes into the truck bed itself. The version for bare or spray-in beds attaches with adhesive-backed hook-and-loop strips. The version for drop-in plastic liners is held by plastic tree fasteners pressed into small holes drilled through the drop-in liner, and Husky's sheet calls for a drill stop so the bit cannot reach the bed underneath.
Which version of the bed mat do I need?
If the bed is bare or has a sprayed-in liner, choose the mat for bare or spray-in beds. If a molded plastic drop-in liner is installed, choose the drop-in liner version, which Husky designs to fit most major drop-in liners and which may need trimming at marked perforations. The version is named in each listing's title.
Will the mat stay put at highway speed?
Yes, when it is installed exactly as the instruction sheet describes. Husky warns that a mat attached improperly can lift out of the truck, so clean the attachment areas thoroughly and press every fastener down firmly. For the hook-and-loop version, Husky asks for a bed surface of 68Β°F or warmer while the adhesive bonds.
How do I clean the bed mat?
Sweep or vacuum loose debris, then hose the mat off where it lies. Use mild soap for stubborn dirt and let it dry.
Does it fit trucks with factory bed storage or a special bed?
Not always. Some mats are not made for beds with factory equipment such as the RamBox cargo management system or the CarbonPro bed. The fit guidance on each listing names any bed equipment the mat does not fit.
What warranty does the Guardian Comfort bed mat have?
Husky covers it with a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser: it is guaranteed not to break or tear under normal use while that owner keeps the truck it was installed in. Misuse, improper installation and abnormal wear and tear are not covered.
