The N-Fab Podium Cab Length is a stainless steel hoop step: a 3" main tube runs along the rocker panel and drops a 4.75" serrated step at each door. The series comes in textured black powder coat over stainless and in polished stainless. Stock or lifted, a 2021-2025 Ford Bronco, 2022-2025 Ford Bronco Raptor 4-door gains a drop step at a comfortable height and a stainless tube guarding the rocker panel. This listing is N-Fab part number HPF2172B, finished in textured black.
What's Included:
2x Podium cab length step bars (driver and passenger side)
Vehicle-specific mounting hardware kit
Features
Stainless Steel Structure The main structure is stainless steel rather than mild steel, so corrosion resistance comes from the metal itself and does not depend on the coating alone.
4.75" Serrated Drop Step Each step pad is 4.75" wide with a serrated face that bites into a boot sole in rain, mud or slush. The pad drops below the main tube to split the climb into two shorter moves.
Rated 300 lb Per Step N-Fab rates the Podium at up to 300 lb per step and 600 lb per side, so it works as a real step for adults loaded with gear, not a trim piece.
Tucked Close to the Rocker The 3" main tube follows the rocker panel closely, where it takes the stone chips and road debris that would otherwise mark the paint.
Bolt-On Brackets Per Application Each application is bracketed for one body style and bolts to factory mounting points. None of the Podium cab length install guides calls for drilling.
Sold as a Pair Every order is a driver-side and a passenger-side bar with the mounting hardware for that application.

Podium bars hang from vehicle-specific brackets that bolt to factory mounting points at the rocker panel, and none of the Podium cab length install guides calls for drilling. Start every fastener by hand, set each bar parallel to the rocker with an even gap along its length, then tighten to the values in your application's guide. Recheck every fastener after the first few weeks of driving and again at routine service, because a bar that is never rechecked can settle. The installation guide for this application uses the factory mounting points and does not call for drilling.
Warranty. N-Fab covers the structure for life against failures in materials and workmanship, including the welds, the brackets and the stainless tube itself. Both terms belong to the original purchaser and apply on the vehicle the bars were first installed on. The textured black powder coat carries a 5-year finish warranty.
Free shipping. This part ships by ground parcel carrier to the lower 48 states.
Inspect on delivery. Open the carton the day it arrives and check every part and the hardware bag against the parts list before you start. A damaged or short kit reported in the first days is a quick replacement; one reported after installation is much harder to resolve.
Returns. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. N-Fab charges a 20% restocking fee on any product returned without a defect, and an N-Fab representative has to confirm a defect in fit, form or function before a return is authorized, so please contact us before shipping a part back. An item sent back without that authorization is refused and returned at the buyer's expense. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is on us. See our Returns & Refunds Policy, or email support@prestigetruck.com with any question.
About N-Fab
N-Fab designs and fabricates tubular accessories for trucks and SUVs: nerf steps, running boards, rock rails and sliders, pre-runner bumpers and light mounts, most of them cut and bracketed for one specific vehicle. Every N-Fab product is warranted for life against defects in its materials and workmanship, and powder-coated finishes carry a 5-year limited finish warranty while polished stainless finishes are covered for life, both extended to the original purchaser on the vehicle the part was first installed on.
Podium Cab Length is the stainless steel member of the N-Fab hoop step family. The mild-steel Nerf Step and the lower-profile Nerf Step RS work the same way in powder-coated steel, EpYx swaps the round pad for a wide slotted step, and Predator Pro is built from extruded aluminum. Podium Bed Access runs the same stainless construction wheel to wheel with a third step at the bedside.
Most of the N-Fab range is formed and welded tube: mild steel across the Nerf Step, EpYx, Roan and RKR lines, stainless steel in the Podium series, and extruded aluminum in Predator Pro and the Growler steps. Steel and aluminum parts are finished in gloss or textured black powder coat, and many bars are welded as one piece so there are fewer joints along the length to work loose.

Stainless where it counts
The Podium's main structure is stainless steel, so rust resistance is built into the metal instead of resting on the coating alone. Choose textured black powder coat over that stainless for a low-key look, or polished stainless for a bright finish backed by a lifetime finish warranty.

Cut and bracketed for your cab
Each Podium bar is cut and bracketed for one body style, so the steps line up with the door openings and the brackets meet factory mounting points. None of the Podium cab length install guides calls for drilling.
A wide step at each door
The 4.75" serrated pad gives a full boot room to land, and the serrations keep their bite in rain, mud and slush. N-Fab rates each step at up to 300 lb, so it holds passengers, kids and anyone climbing in with an armful of gear.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Do I have to drill into my truck to install these?
No. None of the Podium cab length install guides for the applications we list calls for drilling; the brackets bolt to factory mounting points at the rocker panel with the hardware in the box. The bracket kit is matched to one body style and cab, so choose your exact vehicle before ordering.
Will the finish hold up to road salt?
The structure under the finish is stainless steel, so corrosion resistance is in the metal as well as in the coating, and the textured black powder coat carries a 5-year finish warranty. Powder coat can still chip from stone strikes, and salt works at any chip, so rinse the bars through winter. If you drive in a salt state and polished stainless is offered for your vehicle, choose it: it has no coating to chip and carries a lifetime finish warranty. No finish is immune to corrosion, and we will not claim otherwise.
Are the ends of the bars sealed?
N-Fab does not publish an end-cap or sealing specification for the cab length Podium, so we will not promise a sealed tube. What N-Fab does specify is the metal: the tube is stainless steel, which resists rust inside and out far better than a bare mild-steel tube. Rinsing the bars after salted roads is still good practice.
How much weight can the steps hold?
N-Fab rates the Podium at up to 300 lb per step and 600 lb per side. The 4.75" serrated pad is sized for a full boot, so it is built to be stood on every day by passengers and anyone climbing in with gear.
How long does the install take and what tools do I need?
It is a bolt-on job with sockets, wrenches and a ratchet, plus a torque wrench where your guide lists a value, and most owners do it in a driveway. The Installation tab of each listing carries the details for that application. Snug everything before final tightening, then recheck the fasteners after the first few weeks of driving so the bar cannot settle.
Do they come as a pair, and is the hardware included?
Yes. Each order is a driver-side and a passenger-side bar with the vehicle-specific mounting hardware for your application. The hardware is matched to one body style and cab, so a kit for one cab configuration will not fit another.
