- Corrected lifted geometry: The arms set the ball joint at the right angle for a raised ride height, which ReadyLIFT says corrects geometry and alignment after a level or lift.
- Stronger than factory arms: Depending on the kit, the arms are DOM round steel tubing or CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum in place of the stock arm.
- Heavy-duty ball joints: Every pair carries heavy-duty ball joints; ReadyLIFT's newer arms use its High Angle Ball Joint, which it says gives the strength of a race-style uni-ball arm with factory-like ride quality.

Part 67-52640 is ReadyLIFT's Leveling and Big Lift Upper Control Arms for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra. It is a pair of DOM tube steel upper control arms with corrected ball joint angles for a leveled or lifted front end. The arms carry ReadyLIFT's heavy-duty High Angle Ball Joints and maintenance-free TCT pivot bushings. ReadyLIFT estimates about 3 hours to install.

Here's the short version. Follow ReadyLIFT's install guide (below) for your truck's exact steps, hardware and torque settings.
- Raise the front of the vehicle and support with safety jack stands at each frame rail behind the lower control arms. Remove the front wheels. Starting with the front of the vehicle, all steps are to be completed on both sides of the vehicle unless instructed.
- Release the hook from the castle nut and remove the clip. Loosen but DO NOT remove the upper ball joint nut.
- Lift the airbox out and set aside. Remove the three (3) bolts holding the accumulator to the body.
- Remove the upper control arm nut. Note the orientation of the nut in respect to the washer.
- Lower the upper control enough to insert the ball joint stud into the knuckle. Secure the joint to the knuckle using the supplied M12 flat washer and 12-1.75 nylon locking flange nut. Torque to 70 ft-lbs.
- Install the front wheels and lower vehicle to the ground. Torque the lug nuts to the wheel manufacturer specs. Attach the vehicle negative power source.

Great factory replacement
I purchased this product with the understanding that I was going to do a leveling kit within my vehicle as well as increase my tires from a 285/45r22 to a 305/ 45r22 with a ram that includes a -18 offset. Installation of this part was very straightforward and where you watch the video installation guide for the older Ram 1500 vehicles which is what I currently have is a 2026 Ram 1500 this specific model readylift has a direct OEM factory replacement which matches everything that comes standard in stock on the vehicle. The product comes with the same tie wrap that attaches to the control arm itself, which I thought was great because I thought I was going to have to just attach my own tie wrap onto the brake line and onto the control arm but that is not to case. Looks great and tube design is heavy duty.
So far great product and looks great. Love the way it looks on my 2019 Chevy Tahoe 4x4.I have a 5 inch lift with 20 inch Moto Metal wheels with a -24 offset. Best looking upper control arms on the market right now. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

Quality Upgrade
These upper arms are a great upgrade to the stock arms. The wider opening allows for better maneuvering when installing any type of lift or leveler. I waited to review this to make sure there were no issues and as of now I am very pleased with this purchase

Great for 2" level
Easy install, quality product. I was hoping that these would raise my front end up a little bit more with the 2-in leveling strut that I installed, however, with the road active suspension in the rear, the 2-in struts just aren't enough. All in all I would recommend these UCAs however I would opt for a 2.5" leveling kit if I was to do it all over.

Easy Install w/ bit of preventative maintence
I installed them myself at the shop I work at and it went without issue. Only thing to note is you should grease the ball joint boot prior to driving it. You do this with a grease gun and a needle attachment (not zerk head). After install get alignment too.

Needed upgraded for leveling or lifting
Control arms are well built and finish holds up against scratching and chipping. Works with 2” to 6.5” of front lift. I have these on my 2” leveled truck after about 6 months the factory stamped steel ones started going out, have had these on for about a year and have had no problems. Would recommend them to anyone to use with leveling kit or lift kit

Good look
After install I was informed the control arms still didn’t eliminate the hard flex on my ball joint, currently looking for other ideas to alleviate the flex on my ball joint. Other than that it still slightly rubs my tires but so much better than the stock.

Good quality, lots of flex.
Good value for the money. The only thing I didn’t like is the grease setup, the needle zerk on top and there’s nothing holding the boot in place.

Corrects harsh ball joint angle for leveled trucks Nicely
Good quality upgrade for my truck. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because they sent the ball joints dry so I had to go buy a grease gun and grease. Also something to keep in mind, water likes to sit in the area that houses the backside of the ball joint (where the grease fitting is) on top of the controll arm. A cap would have been nice to keep water and Debris out..

Great upgrade with one frustrating flaw
Bought these for my leveled Silverado. Good construction, greasable ball joints. Fit perfectly but one flaw. The ball joints have no allen wrench recess to stop them from spinning. This is complicated by Readylift including a locknut that immediately grabs the ball joint stud before seating. Solution is to use a regular M12 bolt to seat the joint, then remove it and install the lock nut.

Good fit improved ride
Put a 4" lift in my truck right after I purchased it 3 years ago. Every year since I have had to replace ball joints no matter what brand contol arm i had. The last set claimed to be for a 4" lift but they were hitting the stops even after the jack was lowered Installed these and gain a better ride and have normal clearance on the stops. Ball joint angle looks much better as well. Let's see if I get more than a year out of these ball joints.
