Steering Stabilizers by ReadyLIFT: A black ReadyLIFT R bracket, two Falcon steering stabilizers, brackets and hardware on white.

Calmer steering with big tires

Oversized tires give the road more leverage over a solid front axle, and that shows up as shimmy and wander at the wheel. Falcon steering damping soaks up those inputs so the steering stays steady and returns to center cleanly.

Sharper response, less kickback

Controlled damping on both steering directions keeps the wheel from darting over ruts and expansion joints, which makes the truck feel more precise at speed.

Easier towing and long drives

A steadier front end means fewer small corrections when towing or covering long highway miles, which cuts down on driver fatigue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Why does a lifted truck need a steering stabilizer?

Larger, heavier tires and added height let road inputs push harder on a solid front axle's steering. A stabilizer damps those inputs so the wheel stays calmer.

Will it fix death wobble?

A stabilizer reduces vibration and shimmy, but a violent wobble usually points to worn or loose steering and suspension parts. Inspect the track bar, tie rods and ball joints first.

Does it work with factory wheels?

It depends on the kit. Some kits require a specific wheel backspacing and do not clear factory wheels, and that note appears on the listing.

Can I use it on a stock-height vehicle?

Most kits are listed for stock, leveled and lifted vehicles, but some are specified only for leveled or lifted trucks. Check the notes on the listing.

Will I need an alignment?

ReadyLIFT advises an alignment check and a headlamp aim check after installation.

What warranty applies?

The ReadyLIFT no-hassle warranty covers the original purchaser, and steering dampers count as wearable components with up to 1 year of coverage.
