Is the Revolver X2 waterproof, or will water get in?
The Revolver X2 is water-resistant, not fully waterproof, which is normal for roll-up covers. The one-piece DualShield vinyl has no seams and the flush-fitting side seals plus the bulkhead seal keep out most rain, dust and car-wash spray, and any water that reaches the bed drains away. In a heavy storm or pressure wash you may see a little moisture at the tailgate, so keep anything delicate in a bag.
How secure is the X2 compared to a soft roll-up cover?
Much more secure. Instead of fabric it uses interlocking heavy-duty aluminum slats that resist slashing and prying, and patented rotational locking rails lock the cover down the full length of the bed on both sides. It carries BAK's highest Level 3 security rating and locks with your tailgate, so on your 2014-and-up Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500/2500/3500 a closed cover cannot simply be peeled back.
Can I drive with the cover rolled up?
Yes. The cover rolls forward and secures at the front of the bed with the included strap, so you can drive with it open when you are hauling something tall. Rolled up it stays low and keeps your rear window and backup camera view clear. On the 6'6" bed that lets you carry a tall appliance or a bike upright while the cover stays out of the way at the bulkhead.

Measure your bed from the inside of the bulkhead to the inside of the closed tailgate before ordering, because Chevrolet and GMC offered more than one bed length in these years and the cover is bed-specific.
Does it work with the factory bed rail system?
Yes, the X2 clamps to the factory bed rails on the 2014-2019 Silverado and Sierra 6'6" (78") bed bed and works with or without the factory tie-down track system. It will not fit alongside the factory bed-side storage boxes, since the cover rails need that rail space.
Does it work with the BAKBox 2 tool box?
Yes. The Revolver X2 is compatible with the BAKBox 2 fold-away bed tool box, so you can add lockable storage at the bulkhead of your Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500/2500/3500 and still roll the cover open over it. There is plenty of room for it on this bed length.

Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
