Check every connection, the fuse and the ground first. If the light still does not work, contact the store you bought from with your wiring details.
Will this make my lights road legal?
No. Wiring and switches do not change a light's rating. Rigid states that some of its lights are built and sold strictly for off-road driving.
At what voltage does Rigid rate current draw?
Rigid's FAQ notes that catalog current figures assume a 13.8V input, which is roughly what a fully charged lead-acid vehicle battery reads.
What does the warranty cover?
Rigid lists a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Electrical damage caused by improper installation is excluded.
