Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty. Rigid covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Coverage is limited to 5 years for commercial, marine and industrial use, and powder coating and lenses carry 1 year. Seal tampering, improper installation, damage from ammonia-based cleaners and road-salt erosion are not covered. Shipping. Ships in the manufacturer's carton by parcel carrier; long light bars ship in oversize cartons. Inspect on delivery. Open the carton as soon as it arrives and check the light, brackets and hardware against the box list before you install anything, then report any shipping damage right away with photos.
Returns. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is on us. See our Returns & Refunds Policy, or email support@prestigetruck.com with any question.

Rigid Industries was founded in Gilbert, Arizona in 2006.
