It gathers the matched lift parts into one package, so there is less guesswork about what works together. Part number 1612001 fits the 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler.
Not Included:
Shocks, wheels, tires and the alignment after installation are not included.
Features
Complete Street & Trail package
Each system bundles the lift and supporting parts TeraFlex specifies for its height, so the pieces are designed to work together.
Progressive bump stops included
Front and rear progressive bump stops cushion the end of travel to protect the tires, body and occupants from hard bottoming.
Geometry parts for the height
Systems add the control arm, bracket and track bar parts TeraFlex calls for at each lift height to keep steering and handling in check.
Bolt-on, no welding
Every Sport ST system installs with hand tools and bolts to factory mounting points, though some brackets require drilling.
Shock choice left to you
Systems ship without shocks so you can pick the Falcon or 9550 VSS shocks that suit your driving.

Installation
Type: Complete bolt-on lift system · Install: Several linked sheets, some drilling · Afterward: Alignment and headlight check
Read every TeraFlex sheet linked for this system and plan the order before starting, since several components share fasteners. A certified mechanic is recommended. Plan on an alignment and a headlight aim check afterward.
Covers the JL jounce bumper kit: the factory bump stops come out of the front jounce tubes and rear frame mounts, and TeraFlex extended bump stops twist in, with silicone spray to help if needed. On Rubicon models the locker actuator plug must be disconnected and reconnected.
Tools named in the guide: Basic hand tools, Jack or jack stands, Factory service manual
Torque: 56 ft-lb, Shock bolts; 69 ft-lb, Sway bar link bolts
Covers the JL rear track bar axle bracket. TeraFlex states it needs at least a 2" bump stop spacer to keep the body from being damaged as the suspension cycles. Two 1/2" holes are drilled after marking the bracket position (a center punch and pilot hole are suggested). The lower track bar position is for 2.5"-3" lifts and the upper is for 4" lifts; it can be installed with the Jeep on the ground.
Tools named in the guide: Basic mechanics tool set, Factory service manual, Drill, 1/2" drill bits, Pilot drill bit, Center punch, Torque wrench
Torque: 95 ft-lb, Supplied M12 bracket bolts (16mm and 18mm); 150 ft-lb, Supplied M14 track bar bolt (18mm and 21mm)
Covers the Sport front lower control arms, replaced one arm at a time with the tires on the ground so the Jeep's weight helps line up the bolts. The arms are side-specific (sticker closer to the frame and right side up), and the bolts are torqued only once the Jeep is level on the ground. TeraFlex advises an alignment afterward.
Tools named in the guide: Metric sockets and open-end wrenches, Torque wrench, General mechanics tools, Factory service manual
Torque: 103 ft-lb + 145° (ref. 230-250 ft-lb), Control arm bolts (21mm bolt, 24mm nut)
Covers the JL front lower spring perch parts included with some spring kits. Brake line brackets come off the lower control arms, and the sheet includes optional steps to cut the two alignment pins off the upper spring isolator if the springs do not seat correctly. Final torque is set with the Jeep on the ground.
Torque: 74 ft-lb, 18mm shock bolts; 59 ft-lb, 18mm sway bar link bolts; 52 ft-lb + 155°, Front track bar bolt; 103 ft-lb + 145°, Front lower control arm bolts; 37 ft-lb + 135°, Front upper control arm bolts; 130 ft-lb, Lug nuts
Covers the quick-disconnect front sway bar links for the Wrangler and Gladiator, sized for 0"-4" lifts: parking brackets and studs go on, axle-side brackets mount with the stock sway bar bolts, and the new links install.
Tools named in the guide: Metric sockets and open-end wrenches, Torque wrench, General mechanics tools, Factory service manual, 6mm hex key
Torque: 20 ft-lb, Parking bracket bolts; 50 ft-lb, Parking studs; 75 ft-lb, Axle quick disconnect bracket studs; 59 ft-lb, Axle bracket to axle, stock sway bar bolts; 69 ft-lb, Link nut; 5 ft-lb, Grease zerk
Covers the JL 2.5" spring lift: new front and rear springs and bump stop spacers go in, the brake line brackets on the lower control arms and the rear parking brake cable bracket are discarded, and the parking brake eyelets are held with locking pliers while the rear axle is lowered. TeraFlex states that some form of caster correction is required for the base spring lift, that a 37" tire on a Sport or Sahara may need additional bump stop spacers, and that a rear track bar bracket may be needed to keep the rear driveshaft from contacting the gas tank. Control arm bolts are torqued at ride height unless the arms have Alpine IR bushings.
Tools named in the guide: Metric sockets and open-end wrenches, Torque wrench, General mechanics tools, Factory service manual, Locking pliers (2)
Torque: 12 ft-lb, Front bump stop hardware; 25 ft-lb, Rear bump stop bracket bolts (8mm and 6mm hex); 66 ft-lb, Sway bar link nuts; 45 ft-lb, Rear sway bar link nuts; 103 ft-lb + 145°, Front lower control arm bolts; 37 ft-lb + 135°, Front upper control arm bolts (18mm); 74 ft-lb + 65°, Rear upper control arm bolts (21mm); 130 ft-lb, Lug nuts

About TeraFlex
TeraFlex is a Jeep company at heart, started and staffed by people who drive them. It designs, engineers and builds suspension systems, shocks, axles and performance parts, with the Wrangler and Gladiator at the center of the lineup.
The company traces its history to the 1950s, when it began as MEPCO (Military Equipment Parts Company), one of the first companies anywhere to supply Jeep parts and accessories. TeraFlex Manufacturing followed in 1996 to build heavy-duty suspension for the TJ Wrangler, and the brand credits itself with the first suspension system for that coil-spring platform, a low-range gearing option for the 231 transfer case and the CRD60 high-pinion axle.
The current catalog covers full lift systems, the Falcon shock line and a long list of Wrangler and Gladiator upgrades, and the company is now carrying the same engineering approach to other vehicles as well.
