The 4.5" Sport ST4 Extended-Travel Suspension System, No Shocks is an all-in-one TeraFlex Street & Trail system that pairs lift height with the geometry parts to keep the Jeep composed on pavement and capable off road. It gathers the matched lift parts into one package, so there is less guesswork about what works together. Part number 2014000 and 2014020 fits the 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator.

Read every TeraFlex sheet linked for this system and plan the order before starting, since several components share fasteners. A certified mechanic is recommended. Plan on an alignment and a headlight aim check afterward.
Front control arm drop bracket kit sheet; its text layer carries only the kit number and a note to use the factory service manual torque for original hardware, so it adds no steps here.
Parts list and notes for the front track bar bracket used at 4"-6" of lift, with M14 hardware. The sheet refers to the factory service manual for the torque of the original hardware and gives no other steps in its text layer.

Covers the Gladiator rear frame-mounted forged ST sway bar. TeraFlex requires at least 2.5" of rear bump stop spacers. The job includes bending the spare tire sensor bracket, drilling and countersinking the lower bump stop pads, rerouting the frame wiring harnesses, drilling two 7/16" holes in each frame rail for the mount brackets, and trimming the fender liners until the arms swing freely.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty. TeraFlex backs its products with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, on the vehicle the part was first installed on. Coil springs, bump stops, control arms, track bars and sway bars and links carry a lifetime warranty. If a covered part fails, TeraFlex will repair or replace it or refund the purchase price at its discretion. The warranty does not cover improper installation, missed maintenance, modifications, normal wear, finish wear or racing and competition use, and paint and powder coat finishes are covered for 90 days against defects only. Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the cartons when the order is placed; larger kits and axles ship by freight. Inspect on delivery. Inspect the carton and every part as soon as the delivery arrives, note any shipping damage with the carrier, and contact us right away so we can make it right.

About TeraFlex
TeraFlex is a Jeep company at heart, started and staffed by people who drive them. It designs, engineers and builds suspension systems, shocks, axles and performance parts, with the Wrangler and Gladiator at the center of the lineup.
The company traces its history to the 1950s, when it began as MEPCO (Military Equipment Parts Company), one of the first companies anywhere to supply Jeep parts and accessories. TeraFlex Manufacturing followed in 1996 to build heavy-duty suspension for the TJ Wrangler, and the brand credits itself with the first suspension system for that coil-spring platform, a low-range gearing option for the 231 transfer case and the CRD60 high-pinion axle.
The current catalog covers full lift systems, the Falcon shock line and a long list of Wrangler and Gladiator upgrades, and the company is now carrying the same engineering approach to other vehicles as well.
