Installation

Follow the TeraFlex sheet for this kit, set the strike pad spacers for your tires and trim, and confirm clearance at full compression before the first drive. TeraFlex recommends installation by a certified mechanic.

Installs the JL front SpeedBump and rear progressive bump stop kit. The front jounce tube is marked and cut, a new 1/4" hole is drilled, and brake line brackets come off the lower control arms. Diesel models need at least a 5/8" front spacer, the 392 needs at least a 1.25" strike pad spacer, and Sport and Sahara trims with lower-clearance fenders need extra strike pad spacers compared with the Rubicon.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty. TeraFlex warrants its bump stops against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, for the original purchaser and the vehicle the part was first installed on. Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage, and TeraFlex excludes normal wear, improper installation or maintenance, modifications, racing or competition use, and accident or abuse damage. To make a claim, call TeraFlex customer service with proof of purchase; removing the part and shipping it to TeraFlex are the buyer's responsibility, and TeraFlex pays to send the repaired or replacement part back. Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the cartons when the order is placed; larger kits and axles ship by freight. Inspect on delivery. Inspect the carton and every part as soon as the delivery arrives, note any shipping damage with the carrier, and contact us right away so we can make it right.
