The Esperance V2 Annex zips onto the underside of an Esperance V2 rooftop tent and turns the space beneath it into a room: 90.5" wide by 102" long, with up to 6.6' of standing height at the tall end. That is enough for a changing room, a second sleeping area for a kid or a dog, or somewhere to keep boots, packs and the stove out of the weather.
It is made from the same 200GSM fire-retardant canvas as the tent above it and finished in the matching grey and black scheme, so it reads as part of the tent rather than a bolt-on. Because it attaches by zip, it stays in its bag on quick overnight stops and goes up only when you are settling in somewhere for a few days.

Fit guidance: This is the annex for the Esperance V2 generation specifically. ARB revised the Esperance substantially at V2, so an annex bought for an older Esperance is not the same part. Match the V2 suffix on both tent and annex.

Deploy the tent first, then work the annex zipper around the tent base and peg out the floor edges. It is a two-person job the first time simply because of the amount of fabric to hold.

Canvas and fabric goods are covered against manufacturing defects rather than wear, storm damage or UV degradation over time.
