This is ARB's full guard rail for the BASE Rack, sized for 61" x 51" platforms. The rail runs the complete perimeter of the rack, all four sides, standing above the deck on cast aluminum upright clamps so cargo has a hard edge to sit against instead of relying on straps alone. It is a fully welded rail assembly with cast aluminum corner caps, finished in the same Integrit textured black powder coat as the rack, and it fastens to the BASE Rack with torx M6 and M8 bolts and nyloc nuts. Full containment on every edge. This is the option for loose or irregular cargo that you want boxed in rather than merely stopped at the front.
The guard rail bolts to an ARB BASE Rack, not to a vehicle. It clamps onto the dovetail extrusion around the rack perimeter with some extra fixing points at the rack corners, so you need a BASE Rack platform already fitted before this rail has anything to mount to. It is sized to one specific rack footprint and will not span a different size deck, and it is not a standalone roof rail for factory crossbars.

Sized To One Rack Footprint This rail is cut for 61" x 51" BASE Rack platforms. Guard rails are not adjustable, so matching the rail to your exact deck size is the whole job of picking the right part number.
Cast Aluminum Corners And Clamps Cast aluminum corner caps join the welded rail sections and cast aluminum upright clamps carry the rail off the deck, which is what lets the rail take a sideways shove from a shifting load.
Clamps Anywhere On The Dovetail The uprights clamp into the BASE Rack dovetail extrusion rather than bolting through fixed holes, with additional fixing points at the rack corners, so the rail lines up without drilling anything.
Proper Fasteners, Not Sheet Metal Screws ARB supplies torx M6 and M8 bolts with nyloc nuts. Nyloc means the fasteners stay torqued through corrugations instead of walking loose over a season.

Which guard rail do I need for my rack?
Match the rail to your BASE Rack footprint. This one is cut for 61" x 51" (1545mm x 1285mm) platforms. Rails are not adjustable and will not stretch or trim to another size, so check your deck dimensions before ordering.
What is the difference between quarter, three quarter, full and trade rails?
A quarter rail covers the front edge only. A three quarter rail covers the front and most of both sides but leaves the rear open. A full rail runs the whole perimeter. A trade rail runs both long sides with the front and rear open for sliding long loads on and off.
Does it come with everything to fit it?
Yes for the rail itself: the welded rail sections, cast aluminum corner caps, upright clamps and the torx M6 and M8 fasteners with nyloc nuts are all supplied, along with ARB's fitting instructions. What is not supplied is the BASE Rack platform it mounts to.
Will it fit my factory roof bars?
No. It clamps into the ARB BASE Rack dovetail extrusion and picks up BASE Rack corner fixings. There is nothing on a factory crossbar or a channel style rack for it to attach to.
Do I need to drill anything?
No. The uprights clamp onto the dovetail rail and the corners use existing BASE Rack fixing points, so the rack is not modified and the rail can come off again later without leaving holes.
What is the warranty?

Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
