This single motor on-board model delivers 4.59 CFM at free flow and 3.10 CFM at 29 psi, with a fan in each motor and compressor assembly actively cooling it rather than relying on airflow past the housing.
The brushless motor is only half the story. Electronic speed control holds performance across the whole pressure and ambient temperature range, the unit constantly monitors itself and adjusts for temperature and for variations in the vehicle charging system, and it reports faults through audio and visual alerts instead of just stopping. Voltage and overload protection guards against spikes, drops, overcurrent and motor stalls. Sealing is IP67 water resistant, a step above the IP55 of the brushed range. On-board units use cam lock quick release mounts and need no relays, both of which cut the install time considerably.

The brushless design removes the relays from the install, and the cam lock mounts let the unit come off without tools afterwards. Size the supply cable and fusing to the 45 A maximum. Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
