This is the twin motor compressor built as a self contained kit: the same 6.16 CFM, 150 psi, 100 percent duty cycle unit as the on-board twin, plus an integrated air tank, a 7 meter air hose, battery clamps and an inflation accessory kit, all packed into a hard carry case. Nothing is bolted to the vehicle, so it moves between vehicles, gets lent to whoever is stuck, and comes out only when it is needed.

ARB designed it around two jobs that a tankless portable cannot do well: rapid inflation of large tires, and the high volume air demand of most air powered tools. It is a recreational product built to commercial and industrial standards, which is ARB's own framing and, on a unit that lives in a load space and gets used in the dirt, a reasonable one.

Clamp directly to the battery terminals rather than to an accessory socket. A twin motor unit drawing up to 68.6 A will not run properly through a cigarette outlet and will damage the socket trying.
