A double jerry can holder that carries two 20 litre cans on the roof, keeping extra fuel and its fumes outside the vehicle and freeing the cargo space two cans would otherwise occupy. Steel construction with a retention system that clamps the cans rather than relying on straps alone, which is what keeps them still over corrugations.
Important compatibility note: this is a Classic ARB roof rack accessory, not a BASE Rack one. ARB describes it as suitable for a wide variety of ARB roof racks and designed to integrate with an ARB roof rack, and it mounts to the Classic rack structure. It will not clamp to the BASE Rack dovetail extrusion, which is a different system with its own dedicated jerry can holders. Check which rack you have before ordering. The cans themselves are not included.
What's Included:
- Double jerry can holder frame
- Retention bars and clamping hardware
- ARB fitting instructions
Features
For ARB Classic Roof Racks
ARB describes this as suiting a wide variety of ARB roof racks. It is a Classic rack accessory and does not fit the BASE Rack dovetail system.
Carries Two 20 Litre Cans
Two standard 20 litre jerry cans, which is roughly 10 gallons of extra range or water for an extended trip.
Fuel And Fumes Outside The Cabin
The safety argument for a roof mount: dangerous fumes stay outside the vehicle rather than in the space you sleep in.
Frees Cargo Space
Two jerry cans take a substantial bite out of a cargo area. Putting them on the roof gives that space back.
Steel Retention System
Steel bars clamp over the cans rather than relying on webbing alone, so nothing shifts on corrugated tracks.
Water As Well As Fuel
ARB lists carrying extra water as an intended use, which is often the more valuable payload on a long remote trip.

About ARB
ARB started in 1975 when Tony Brown came home from a Cape York trip convinced that the four wheel drives crossing Australia deserved better equipment than anything then on sale. He began hand building roof racks and bull bars in his Melbourne driveway, and the initials of Anthony Ronald Brown ended up on what is now the largest 4x4 accessory manufacturer and distributor in the southern hemisphere. The engineering campus at Kilsyth in Victoria still designs and tests the load carrying, air and recovery equipment the brand is known for, and ARB now runs offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East with an export network reaching more than 100 countries.
In North America ARB trades as Air Locker Inc. from Auburn, Washington, and backs its products with a published US and Canada warranty program. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB dealer. Every rack, rail and bracket we ship is genuine US market stock covered by ARB North America's warranty and supported by ARB's own fitting instructions.
