Airing down is where traction comes from, and the reason people do it badly is that most gauges make you guess while air is escaping. The ARB510 solves that with a large backlit digital readout that updates as the air comes out, accurate to plus or minus 1 psi between 15 and 75 psi, which is exactly the band you care about off road.
The chuck screws on rather than pushing on, so it stays put while both your hands are elsewhere and it does not pop off halfway. It reads psi, bar, kPa and KgF, takes up to 350 psi supply pressure, runs up to 200 hours on two AAA cells, and has a rubber bump guard and an updated larger carry pouch. Brass components and crimps on a 250 mm braided line finish it.
What's Included:
ARB510 E-Z digital tire deflator gauge with braided line and screw on chuck
Carry pouch
Features
Watch The Pressure Drop A large backlit LCD that updates live while the air escapes, so you stop at your number rather than checking, guessing and rechecking.
Accurate Where It Matters Plus or minus 1 psi from 15 to 75 psi, which is the entire useful off road range.
Screw On Chuck Threads onto the Schrader valve for positive engagement, so it stays attached without a hand on it and cannot pop off part way through.
Four Scales psi, bar, kPa and KgF, with a maximum supply pressure of 350 psi.
200 Hours On Two AAA Cells Long runtime on two standard AAA batteries, so a flat gauge is a two dollar problem rather than a trip ending one.
Built For The Ground Rubber bump guard, brass components and crimps, a 250 mm braided line, and an updated larger carry pouch.
Fitment & Compatibility
Application
Fit
Schrader valves on cars, trucks, trailers and campers
✓ Fits, screw on chuck
Airing down before a trail
✓ Fits, this is what it is for
Inflating
✗ Not applicable, this is a deflator and gauge. To add air you need an inflator and a compressor
Vehicle
● Universal. A hand tool, not a vehicle specific part
Fit guidance: This tool lets air out accurately and reads pressure. It does not put air back in, so pair it with an ARB compressor and an inflator for the return trip.

About ARB
ARB started in 1975 in a Melbourne garage, when Tony Brown began building bull bars for the four-wheel drives crossing Australia's outback, and the company has grown into the largest 4x4 accessories maker in the southern hemisphere. Its engineering campus in Kilsyth, Victoria still designs and builds the products the brand is known for, and ARB now runs offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East with an export network reaching more than 100 countries.
Air is one of the things ARB is best known for. The compressor line, the Air Locker system it was built to feed, and the fittings, hoses and gauges that tie them together are engineered as one system, which is why an ARB air part is specified by the same part numbers the factory uses. In North America ARB operates from Auburn, Washington as Air Locker Inc., backing every product with a US warranty program. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB dealer. Every part we ship is a genuine US-market unit with full ARB North America warranty coverage.
Airing Down And Airing Back Up
ARB's own three minute walkthrough of the air down and air up cycle using an ARB compressor and an E-Z deflator.
It is a range level film rather than a demonstration of this exact part number, but it is the clearest explanation ARB has published of why you would carry a deflator at all.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
How accurate is it?
ARB publishes plus or minus 1 psi between 15 and 75 psi. That band covers everything from a soft sand pressure to a road pressure on a light truck, which is where accuracy actually changes the outcome.
Why a screw on chuck instead of push on?
Because it stays on. A screw on chuck cannot pop off part way through a deflation, and it frees your hands while the air comes out.
Can it inflate as well?
No. This is a deflator and gauge. Adding air needs a compressor and an inflator such as the ARB601A or ARB605B.
What batteries does it take?
Two AAA cells, and ARB publishes up to 200 hours of runtime from a set. Standard cells you can buy anywhere is deliberate.
What is the maximum pressure it will take?
350 psi, or 2400 kPa. That is supply pressure tolerance rather than a reading range, and it is well above anything you will connect it to on a vehicle.
Is the video on this page of this exact model?
Not quite, and we have flagged it. ARB's film is titled for the ARB510L, a variant not in the current US catalog. The tool and the technique are the same; treat the detail on the body as indicative.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I
The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
