The BEDBIN Side Kix adds a 7" x 44" bin to each side of your BEDSLIDE, mounted to the GUARDRAIL or TRAXRAIL track so the bins sit taller than the rails and reach out over the wheel wells. That is the single largest piece of wasted space in a pickup bed, and this is the part that recovers it without costing you a square inch of deck. There is a second benefit that is easy to miss from the photos: because the Side Kix stand above the guardrail line, they act as a higher side wall for the whole deck, so a loose load that would climb over a standard rail stays put. Aluminum and composite with an all-weather soft surface inside, made in the USA. The kit is a matched pair plus an added headboard BEDTRAX crossbar, and it hand-tightens into track you already have. This is the Black Edition version.

Features
Storage Out Over the Wheel Wells The Side Kix mount high, above the guardrail line, which lets the bins reach outboard over the wheel wells. That space is unusable for anything else on every pickup ever built, and this is what claims it back.
Doubles as a Taller Side Wall Because the bins stand above the guardrails, they give the deck extra containment. If you regularly carry things that want to roll or shift, that added height does as much work as the storage does.
No Deck Space Lost The bins are outboard and above, not on the deck. The whole slide surface stays free for the large awkward loads it was bought for.
Includes the Headboard Crossbar The kit ships with an added headboard BEDTRAX crossbar as part of the mounting system, so you are not sourcing extra parts to make the bins sit right.
Mounts to the BEDTRAX T-Slot Track Every current BEDSLIDE runs BEDTRAX T-slot rails down its length. This bin drops into that same track and hand-tightens into place, so it is a bolt-on upgrade you can add years after the slide went into the truck. Nothing new gets drilled and nothing about the slide has to come apart.
Built From Aluminum and Composite The bin body is aluminum with composite end caps and an all-weather soft surface lining the inside, so tools and gear are not sliding around on bare metal. It is the same material set BEDSLIDE uses on the deck itself, which means it lives outdoors in the same weather the slide does without swelling, rotting or rusting through.
Made in the USA BEDSLIDE builds this in the USA alongside the slides. That matters most for the parts you cannot see: the extrusion tolerances that let the bin slide into a BEDTRAX rail cleanly, and the hardware that has to hold a loaded bin steady over a washboard road.
Fitment & Compatibility
BEDSLIDE feature
Fit
Slide with guardrails or TRAXRAILS fitted
✓ Yes, this is the mounting point
Slide without guardrails or TRAXRAILS
✗ No, add a BSA-GRK guardrail upgrade kit first
BEDSLIDE 70" and longer
● Best fit for the 44" bins
BEDSLIDE 65" and shorter, alongside Mini Kix
✓ Fits, but expect some overlap with the Mini Kix bins
BEDSLIDE narrower than 48"
✓ Fits, but the BEDTRAX support needs trimming
Fit guidance: The Side Kix mount to the GUARDRAIL or TRAXRAIL track, so your BEDSLIDE must have one fitted. Guardrails are included on current CLASSIC, CONTRACTOR, HEAVY DUTY and MAX slides. BEDSLIDE notes that slides narrower than 48" require trimming of the BEDTRAX support on the Side Kix. If you are also running the 18" Mini Kix, the two together take up about 64" of deck length, so on a 65" or shorter slide they will overlap. Deck sizes are outer dimensions built to a .25" tolerance, so measure your own slide rather than assuming the nominal size.

Fit the added headboard BEDTRAX crossbar first, then slide each bin into the guardrail or TRAXRAIL track and hand-tighten it. Nothing is drilled and the slide does not have to come apart. On a deck narrower than 48" the BEDTRAX support on the bins needs trimming before they will seat. Re-check the fasteners once after the first few loaded trips.

About BEDSLIDE
BEDSLIDE invented the slide-out truck bed cargo tray. The idea is simple and it has not needed much improving: put the whole bed floor on heavy-duty bearings so it rolls out to you instead of making you climb in after your gear. Contractors, utility fleets, overlanders and anyone who has ever crawled the length of a bed looking for one tool have been buying them for the same reason for decades. Today BEDSLIDE is part of the LEER family under JB Poindexter and Co, which is the largest truck cap and accessory group in North America, and it remains an active NTEA member supplying commercial and work-truck upfitters. Every BEDSLIDE product is made in the USA.
The accessory line exists because the deck is only half the system. BEDTRAX T-slot rails run the length of every current BEDSLIDE, and the bins, trays, guardrails, tie-downs and mounting kits all drop into that same track, so you can add capability years after the slide went in without drilling anything new. Parts are built from aluminum and composite with an all-weather soft surface inside the bins, and they are designed to live outdoors in the same weather the slide does.
Prestige Truck is an authorized BEDSLIDE dealer. Every part we ship is new, in the factory box, and covered by the full BEDSLIDE factory warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Will this fit my BEDSLIDE?
The Side Kix mount to the GUARDRAIL or TRAXRAIL track, so the question is not which slide model you have but whether it has rails. Every current CLASSIC, CONTRACTOR, HEAVY DUTY and MAX BEDSLIDE ships with a full perimeter guardrail, so those all work. Older decks without rails need a BSA-GRK guardrail upgrade kit first. Two size notes: slides narrower than 48" need the BEDTRAX support on the bins trimmed, and if you also run the Mini Kix the two together need about 64" of deck length.
Do I need a guardrail or TRAXRAIL kit as well?
Yes. This bin sits on the upper GUARDRAIL or TRAXRAIL track, so your BEDSLIDE needs one of those fitted. Guardrails are included on current CLASSIC, CONTRACTOR, HEAVY DUTY and MAX slides. If yours is an older deck without them, the BSA-GRK guardrail upgrade kits add the track.
What is the difference between the Silver and the Black version?
Finish, and nothing else. The BSA-SKB is the Black Edition version and the BSA-SK is the other. Same size, same mounting, same materials and the same warranty. Pick whichever matches the BEDSLIDE already in your truck, because a silver bin on a Black Edition deck is the one thing you cannot un-see. Black Edition parts carry a small price premium over silver across the whole BEDSLIDE range.
Can I leave it in the bed in bad weather?
Yes. The bin is aluminum and composite with an all-weather soft liner, and BEDSLIDE builds the whole product line to sit outside year round. Rain, snow, road salt and UV are all within design intent. The one thing worth doing is rinsing road salt off in the spring, the same as you would the slide, because the warranty does not cover corrosion of the steel frame caused by exposure.
What does the BEDSLIDE warranty cover on an accessory like this?
Every BEDSLIDE product carries a 5-year warranty, and BEDSLIDE extends it to a lifetime warranty if you register the product within 30 days of purchase. Coverage is for the original owner and does not transfer if you sell the truck or the part. What is not covered is worth knowing up front: misuse, loading past the rated capacity, corrosion of the steel frame from exposure, deck de-lamination caused by water, fuel or chemical spills, modifications that change the design, improper installation, accidents, and neglect. Register it when it arrives, not later.
Does the BEDSLIDE come with this?
No. Guardrails, BEDTRAX rails and the (4) D-ring tie-downs are included with a current BEDSLIDE, but the BEDBIN accessories are sold separately. This listing is for the bin kit only. The BEDSLIDE shown in some of the photos is not included.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
