Features
- Complete Filter Kit: Each kit pairs a Fill-Rite spin-on filter with the 1200KTG9075 filter head and the threaded fittings to plumb it in, so the filter, head and fittings arrive together.
- 3/4" NPT Filter Head: The 1200KTG9075 head in every kit has 3/4" NPT fuel ports on the line side.
- 10 Micron At 25 GPM: Fill-Rite rates the filter in each kit to 10 micron for transfer systems moving up to 25 GPM (94 LPM).
- Particulate Or Water Detecting: The 1200KTF7018 and 1200KTF7025 carry particulate filters. The 1210KTF7019 and 1210KTF7026 carry Hydrosorb water-detecting filters, which Fill-Rite says restrict flow once they take on excess water, a sign the fuel needs attention.
- 1"-12 UNF Spin-On Thread: The filter spins onto the head on a 1"-12 UNF thread, so a fresh element swaps on while the head and fittings stay plumbed in place.
- Fluids And Change Interval: Fill-Rite lists diesel, gasoline, B20 and E15 for the 1200KTF7018, 1210KTF7019 and 1210KTF7026 and advises a new filter every six months. It prints no fluid list for the 1200KTF7025.
Description & Fitment
Fill-Rite's 1210KTF7019 builds a water-detecting filter station around the F1810HM0 Hydrosorb filter, which traps particles down to 10 micron and slows the flow when it picks up excess water. The kit adds the 1200KTG9075 head with 3/4" NPT ports and a 1"-12 UNF mount, a 3/4" elbow, and 3/4" nipples in 7-1/4" and 2-1/2" lengths. It is rated to 25 GPM (94 LPM) for diesel, gasoline, B20 and E15.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check your setup: a 3/4" NPT fuel line up to 25 GPM where water in the fuel is a concern. Particulate-only version: 1200KTF7018. Replacement filter: F1810HM0.
Not for: fluids Fill-Rite does not list for it (its list is diesel, gasoline, B20, E15) and flow above 25 GPM.
About Fill-Rite
Fill-Rite is a Gorman-Rupp company that designs and builds transfer equipment for fuel, oil and chemicals: electric and hand-operated transfer pumps, plus the meters, nozzles, hose and filters that go with them. Its sites are in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Lenexa, Kansas.
Its filter line protects the discharge side of a fuel system: spin-on canisters for 25 and 40 GPM systems in particulate, microglass and Hydrosorb water-detecting media, clear-bowl units for 18 GPM pumps, plus the filter heads and fittings that plumb them in.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Hydrosorb filter in the 1210KTF7019 do?
It filters to 10 micron and, per Fill-Rite, restricts flow when it absorbs excess water, so you know to check the fuel and change the filter.
Is the 1210KTF7019 head 3/4" or 1"?
3/4". The included 1200KTG9075 head has 3/4" NPT fuel ports. Fill-Rite's 1" head is the 1200KTG9100, sold separately.
Which filter head comes in these kits?
The 1200KTG9075, with 3/4" NPT fuel ports and a 1"-12 UNF filter thread.
How often should the filter be changed?
Fill-Rite recommends a new filter every six months. A water-detecting filter that starts to slow the flow is due for a change sooner.
How do particulate and water-detecting kits differ?
Both stop particles down to 10 micron. The Hydrosorb filters in the 1210KTF7019 and 1210KTF7026 also react to excess water by restricting flow.
Which replacement filters do these kits use?
The 1200KTF7018 uses the F1810PM0 and the 1210KTF7019 the F1810HM0. The 1200KTF7025 uses the F2510PM0 and the 1210KTF7026 the F2510HM0.

- It applies to products bought from Fill-Rite or a seller Fill-Rite authorizes in the United States or Canada, and Fill-Rite needs proof of purchase with a claim. Without proof of purchase or delivery, Fill-Rite starts the clock at the date code on the product.
- Small items such as fasteners, washers, labels, nameplates, rivets, emblems, packaging, thread tape, wire nuts and paperwork are not covered.
- It does not cover misuse, neglect, accident, negligence, improper installation or maintenance, or repairs done by anyone other than Fill-Rite or its authorized representative.
- Fill-Rite's remedy is a replacement, or a refund of the price paid when a replacement or repair is not practical. Its liability is capped at the purchase price and it excludes incidental and consequential damages where the law allows. Implied warranties are limited to the length of this warranty.
- Please do not send the product back on your own: if Fill-Rite asks for a return, it issues a return number and pays the freight.
