Cast-Iron Construction
Anti-Siphon Hose Kit
Fits 2-Inch Tank Bungs
Features
- Cast-Iron Construction: The housing is cast iron, the rotor is iron and copper, and the vanes are carbon, the same rotary vane layout Fill-Rite uses across the FR300 line. Buna is the wetted seal material on the data sheet.
- Anti-Siphon Hose Kit: The data sheet calls both pumps anti-siphon ready, and the FR313V ships with Fill-Rite's KIT700AS kit: an anti-siphon valve, PTFE tape, an elbow adapter, a stainless steel braided hose and the hardware to fit them.
- Fits 2" Tank Bungs: Each pump threads onto a 2" NPT tank bung through a bung adapter that takes a 1-1/4" suction pipe. On the FR313V, Fill-Rite supplies the adapter along with a 1" NPT street elbow and PTFE tape.
- Built for Remote Dispensers: The FR313V (recommended for diesel) and FR303V (recommended for gasoline) are the FR300 pumps for above-ground tanks that feed a remote dispenser. They ship without a nozzle boot, hose or nozzle because the dispenser handles the delivery end.
- 115/230V Dual Voltage: Both run on 115V or 230V AC at 50 or 60 Hz. Fill-Rite's data sheet for the pair lists 9.8 A on 115V and 4.9 A on 230V at 60 Hz (11.4 A and 5.7 A at 50 Hz), with thermal protection and a 30 minute duty cycle.
- Up to 35 GPM: Fill-Rite's FR313V product page lists up to 35 GPM (132 LPM). The shared data sheet measures 34.3 GPM at open flow and 26.8 GPM as supplied, with a 26 PSI bypass and up to 60' of head.
Description & Fitment
The FR303V is the remote-dispenser FR300 pump recommended for gasoline. Fill-Rite's data sheet for the FR313V and FR303V lists diesel, gasoline, biodiesel up to B20, E15 and kerosene, 115/230V AC power at 50 or 60 Hz, UL and cUL certification, and 34.3 GPM at open flow. It has no hose, nozzle or nozzle boot.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check your setup: an above-ground tank with a 2" NPT bung, a 1-1/4" suction pipe, a remote dispenser and a 115V or 230V circuit. For diesel service the matching pump is the FR313V.
Not for: water or any fluid meant for drinking and fueling aircraft (Fill-Rite's manual rules both out), plus DEF, ethanol blends above E15 or any other fluid Fill-Rite does not list for this pump.
About Fill-Rite
Fill-Rite is a Gorman-Rupp company that designs and builds transfer equipment for fuel, oil and chemicals: electric and hand-operated transfer pumps, plus the meters, nozzles, hose and filters that go with them. Its sites are in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Lenexa, Kansas.
Its transfer pumps are built around cast-iron rotary vane bodies, and Fill-Rite stands behind them with a tiered warranty that runs for the life of the pump castings, 5 years on the motor and 2 years on wear parts.
Buying Fill-Rite from Prestige Truck. Fill-Rite asks for proof of purchase with any warranty claim, so keep your Prestige Truck order receipt with your records.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the FR303V pump gasoline?
Yes. It is the version recommended for gasoline, and Fill-Rite's data sheet lists gasoline and E15 for it.
Is it the same pump as the FR313V?
The two share one data sheet and pump body. The FR313V is the version recommended for diesel.
What is the difference between the FR303V and FR313V?
They share one pump body and data sheet. The FR303V is the version recommended for gasoline and the FR313V the one recommended for diesel. Fill-Rite's FR313V page lists diesel, kerosene and biodiesel up to B20.
Does it come with a hose or nozzle?
No. These pumps feed a remote dispenser, so there is no hose, nozzle or nozzle boot in the box. The FR313V includes the KIT700AS anti-siphon kit, a 2" bung adapter, a 1" NPT street elbow, PTFE tape, fasteners and a check valve cover.
What power does it need?
A hard-wired 115V or 230V AC circuit at 50 or 60 Hz. The leads are bare, there is no cord, and Fill-Rite's manual has the wiring done by a licensed electrician in rigid conduit with the ground connected.
How much flow should I expect?
Fill-Rite's data sheet shows 34.3 GPM at open flow and 26.8 GPM in the supplied configuration; the FR313V product page lists up to 35 GPM (132 LPM). Your dispenser, piping and lift will set the real number.

Lifetime Tiered limited warranty
Fill-Rite covers the FR313V and FR303V pumps with its tiered Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship:- Lifetime: pump castings, such as the pump and motor housings, motor frame, inlet flange and bung adapter, junction box cover, switch plate and end bells. Paint and corrosion issues are excluded.
- 5 years: the motor and its components, such as magnets, armature, brushes, thermal protector, lead wires and circuit boards.
- 2 years: wear parts, such as seals, gaskets, O-rings, springs, vanes, rotor and rotor cover, bypass cap, nozzle boot, switch parts and paint adhesion. Paint wear from use, weather or chemicals is excluded.
- 1 year: accessories packed with the pump, such as hoses, nozzles, suction pipes, cables and connectors, elbows and swivels.
- Coverage runs from the date of sale, or the delivery date if that is later, and only the original purchaser is covered; it does not transfer to a later owner.
- It applies to products bought from Fill-Rite or a seller Fill-Rite authorizes in the United States or Canada, and Fill-Rite needs proof of purchase with a claim. Without proof of purchase or delivery, Fill-Rite starts the clock at the date code on the product.
- Small items such as fasteners, washers, labels, nameplates, rivets, emblems, packaging, thread tape, wire nuts and paperwork are not covered.
- It does not cover misuse, neglect, accident, negligence, improper installation or maintenance, or repairs done by anyone other than Fill-Rite or its authorized representative.
- Fill-Rite's remedy is a replacement, or a refund of the price paid when a replacement or repair is not practical. Its liability is capped at the purchase price and it excludes incidental and consequential damages where the law allows. Implied warranties are limited to the length of this warranty.
- Please do not send the product back on your own: if Fill-Rite asks for a return, it issues a return number and pays the freight.
