- 4-Digit Digital Display: The LCD shows the current batch up to 9999 and a running total up to 90,000,000, in ounces, pints, quarts, liters or gallons. A rate button shows live flow, and totals survive a battery change.
- Plus or Minus 1% Accuracy: Fill-Rite rates the TT10AN turbine at ±1% after field calibration and 0.30% repeatability on batches of 2 gallons or more, across 2 to 35 GPM (8 to 132 LPM).
- In-Line at Pump or Nozzle: The meter weighs about 1.3 lb and threads in line, either right at the pump outlet or out at the nozzle end of the hose. Its display turns 180° so you can read it from where you stand.
- Reducer Bushings Included: Both ports are 1" female NPT, and Fill-Rite packs two 1" x 3/4" NPT reducer bushings for 3/4" hose or fittings. Two AA alkaline batteries come in the box as well.

The Fill-Rite TT10AN is a 4-digit digital turbine fuel transfer meter with 1" female NPT ports. It reads 2 to 35 GPM at ±1% after field calibration and works with multiple fuels. The package adds two 1" x 3/4" NPT reducer bushings and two AA alkaline batteries, so it can go on a pump outlet or at the nozzle the day it arrives. It has an intrinsically safe design.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check your setup: 1" NPT ports, or 3/4" with the bushings supplied; line pressure at or under 50 PSI. Fluids Fill-Rite lists: diesel, gasoline, kerosene, mineral spirits, heptane.
Not for: DEF, herbicides or pesticides (Fill-Rite's TT10P chemical models cover those), and any fluid not on the TT10AN list. Fill-Rite labels it not for fluid resale.

Are batteries included?

Can the TT10AN meter DEF?
No. Fill-Rite reserves DEF for its TT10P chemical models; the TT10AN is the fuel version with aluminum wetted parts.
Do I need to calibrate it?
It ships ready for common fuels: pick one of 20 preset fluid factors. Fill-Rite's ±1% rating applies after a field calibration with your fluid.
Will a battery change erase my totals?
No. The meter keeps its totals and calibration when you swap the two AA batteries.
How do I seal the threads?
Use thread compound or sealant tape sparingly. Fill-Rite prefers compound and warns that loose tape or compound upstream can jam the rotor.
Installation

Here's the short version. Follow Fill-Rite's manual (below) for the full procedure, wiring and safety steps.
- Use a compatible thread compound (preferred) or sealant tape on all threaded joints, sparingly; loose material upstream can jam the rotor.
- Point the arrow on the underside of the meter body in the direction of flow.
- Thread the hose or pipe into the ports until snug without cross-threading or over-tightening; use the supplied 1" x 3/4" bushings for 3/4" fittings.
- To turn the display, remove the rubber boot and the four module screws with a T-20 Torx driver, rotate the module 180° and keep the battery foam pad in place.
- Refit the four screws to 5-10 in-lb with the grounding tabs under the screw heads, then refit the boot.
- Select the calibration/fluid factor that matches your fluid from the 20 presets.

Fill-Rite's limited warranty policy lists the TT Series meters under a 2-year term: every meter component is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 2 years.- Coverage runs from the date of sale, or the delivery date if that is later, and only the original purchaser is covered; it does not transfer to a later owner.
- It applies to products bought from Fill-Rite or a seller Fill-Rite authorizes in the United States or Canada, and Fill-Rite needs proof of purchase with a claim. Without proof of purchase or delivery, Fill-Rite starts the clock at the date code on the product.
- Small items such as fasteners, washers, labels, nameplates, rivets, emblems, packaging, thread tape, wire nuts and paperwork are not covered.
- It does not cover misuse, neglect, accident, negligence, improper installation or maintenance, or repairs done by anyone other than Fill-Rite or its authorized representative.
- Fill-Rite's remedy is a replacement, or a refund of the price paid when a replacement or repair is not practical. Its liability is capped at the purchase price and it excludes incidental and consequential damages where the law allows. Implied warranties are limited to the length of this warranty.

Inspect on delivery
Check the rubber boot, LCD and both threaded ports for damage, and make sure the two reducer bushings and two AA batteries are in the package before you install the meter. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
