These ICON V.S. 3.0 Series shocks are sized and valved for the 2022-2026 Toyota Sequoia and Tundra, using a 3" body for more oil volume and piston area than a 2.5" shock. Each shock is built to the length and damping tune its application calls for, and it can be rebuilt and revalved later. This listing covers 3.0 Series part numbers 57845CP and 57845EP.
Choosing your option:
-
Build, CDCV: ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve adds an external knob with 10 compression settings, from soft to firm.
-
Build, CDEV: ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve changes compression electronically from inside the vehicle and can adjust on the move through ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). It works with the IIC module and the CDEV parts listed in the notes for your vehicle.
What's Included:
- The ICON 3.0 Series shocks named for your part: a pair on most parts, or a single side-specific shock where the part names a driver or passenger side
- The reservoirs, mounting hardware and bushings listed for your part in the Kit contents table
Some 3.0 parts depend on other parts to reach their full travel or to fit, such as ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms on extended-travel front shocks, a CDEV controller kit, or ICON's matching leaf spring and bump stop kits. Those are sold separately and listed in the notes for your vehicle.
Features
A 3" Body
The 3" body carries 50% more piston surface area than ICON's 2.5 Series, which steadies the vehicle when off-road driving gets extreme and pays off in everyday driving too.
More Oil, Less Fade
A larger oil supply and more outside surface than a 2.5 Series shock shed heat faster, and remote reservoir designs push that further to resist fade during prolonged hard use.
Compression Adjustment Options
Many applications offer CDCV with 10 compression settings on a knob, CDXS with separate high-speed and low-speed compression knobs, or CDEV for electronic adjustment from inside the vehicle through ICON Intelligent Control.
Bump Zone on Reservoir Shocks
On piggyback and specific remote reservoir applications, a billet aluminum manifold under the top cap forms ICON's internal Bump Zone, adding about 20% more damping force near full compression to help prevent harsh bottom outs.
Tuned per Application
Every 3.0 Series shock is configured for its vehicle in both length and damping tune, with premium 5WT shock oil for consistent damping over a wide temperature range.
Built to Be Fully Serviceable
Each 3.0 Series shock can be fully rebuilt and revalved, so they can be refreshed or retuned as your vehicle and driving change.

Installation
Type: Shock replacement, most parts sold as a pair · Install: Professional installer recommended by ICON · Afterward: Retorque the hardware after the first 100 miles
The ICON guide for this vehicle lists the tools, reservoir mounting and any extra parts the install needs. Take care when the axle hangs without shocks attached, because the brake lines can overstretch, and retorque all hardware after the first 100 miles.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty. ICON warrants its shock absorbers for 1 year against manufacturer's defects. A shock that fails in its first year of ownership must be shipped to ICON Vehicle Dynamics for inspection and service, and if ICON finds the failure came from neglect, improper installation or anything other than normal wear and tear, the owner pays the service costs, including labor, parts and shipping. Coverage is for the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle the part was first installed on, and ICON repairs or replaces a defective part at its discretion. Finish, alterations, installation contrary to ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada are not covered, and neither are removal, installation or freight costs. The shocks leave ICON charged with nitrogen: releasing that pressure can make a shock malfunction, and a failure caused by low nitrogen pressure is not covered. Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the cartons when the order is placed. Larger orders can arrive in more than one carton. Inspect on delivery. Open every carton when it arrives and check each shock, reservoir and hardware bag against the parts list in the ICON guide before you start. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim. ICON notes that some finish damage can happen in shipping and is not covered by its warranty.
Returns. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is on us. See our Returns & Refunds Policy, or email support@prestigetruck.com with any question.
About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics is a performance suspension manufacturer in Riverside, California, building aftermarket suspension components and shock absorbers for vehicles and SUVs since 2008. Its engineering is led by head engineer and SCORE champion driver Dylan Evans, and the team starts each project by defining how the finished vehicle should drive, then studies the forces acting on it in motion to decide what to change. Laser cutting, metal forming, CNC machining, welding and assembly all happen in house, and products are tested in real-world use as well as race conditions.
The 3.0 Series is ICON's step up from its 2.0 and 2.5 Series shocks, for heavy vehicles and vehicles driven hard off road. ICON's Raptor development work produced its 3.0 Zeta bypass shocks, including the RXT rear bypass with a dual-hose remote reservoir, alongside the brand's adjustable CDCV, CDXS and CDEV valves.
