Description & Fitment
The ICON adjustable track bar kit is a rear kit for the 2020-2023 Jeep Gladiator and 2019-2026 Ram 1500. It lets you center the axle under the vehicle again after the ride height changes. An FK rod end and a dual-durometer greaseless bushing free up travel, and ICON's Double Adjuster Sleeve changes length on the vehicle. The bar is CNC bent from 1026 DOM tubing in black powder coat, and an alignment is needed after install.

Will I need an alignment afterward?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 22068 calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the track bar is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Why does a lifted vehicle need an adjustable track bar?
A track bar locates the axle side to side. Lifting the vehicle changes its angle and shifts the axle off center, so an adjustable bar lets you set the length and center the axle again.
Will it fix death wobble?
ICON says its adjustable track bars help prevent the front-end wobble that worn or soft factory bushings can cause on these trucks. Wobble can have other causes too, so have the whole front end checked.
Do I need an alignment?
ICON calls for an alignment after most of its track bar installs, since centering the axle changes the front-end settings. The Installation section of each part shows what ICON asks for.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to its track bars and brackets, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.
Installation

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Place the vehicle on a smooth, level surface. Ensure that the vehicle is in PARK, engage the emergency brake, and chock the tires before performing any work to the vehicle.
- Remove the stock track bar using two 21mm wrenches.
- Install the new track bar with the rod end toward the axle. The pinch bolts should be on top and facing toward the rear of the vehicle.
- Torque bolts to factory spec using 21mm.
- To adjust, loosen the pinch bolts billet link using a 3/8" 12pt. Turn the L/R adjusting collar to center the differential under the frame using a 1/4" pin wrench.
- Make sure that the slit in the collar is lined up with the slit in the pinch housing and tighten pinch bolts using an alternating pattern [Torque to 40 ft-lbs]. Go back and forth between bolts 3 times to torque equally.
