Here is ICON's progressive Add-A-Leaf kit sized for the 1996-2023 Toyota Tacoma and 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra. The kit goes in where the factory overload leaves sit, raising the rear while ICON says it slightly softens the rear spring rate for a more compliant ride. It belongs to ICON's 1.5" lift setup. Expect some drilling, cutting or trimming; ICON's sheet walks through it.

Will I have to cut or drill anything?
Yes, ICON's install sheet for 51100 includes drilling, cutting or trimming. Read the sheet in the Installation section below before you start, or have a shop do the work.
Full pack, expansion pack or Add-A-Leaf: what is the difference?
A full pack replaces the whole spring. An expansion pack keeps the factory main leaf and replaces the secondary leaves. An Add-A-Leaf kit goes in place of the factory overload leaves. Each part's title tells you which one it is.
Will the ride get stiffer?
Not by design. ICON builds several of these parts with a softer rate than the factory leaves they replace, and its multi-rate packs let you set the rate for your load. The description of each part says how it is rated.
Which lift height should I choose?
Match the rear part to the rest of your ICON system. ICON lists the lift for each part in its title and in the fitment rows, and the front of the truck should be set up for the same lift.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to its leaf spring parts, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first if you need to make a claim, and we will open it with ICON for you.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Using a properly rated jack, raise the rear of the vehicle and support the frame rails with jack stands. Ensure the jack stands are secure and set properly before lowering the jack. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE.
- Use a jack to support the axle then loosen and remove the driver side U-bolts using a 19mm socket/wrench. Make sure the axle is well supported or it could fall when the U-bolts are removed.
- If your factory leaf pack is equipped with a spring clip that interferes with the ICON add a leaf spring clip, the factory spring clip must be removed from the leaf.
- Remove the spring clip hardware and center pin nut from ICON add a leaf for installation.
- Use a jack to raise the axle and guide the spring center pin into the hole on the top of the axle. Install supplied U-bolts (long U-bolts on driver side), washers, and nuts. [Torque to 90ft-lbs]
- Reinstall wheels and lower to the ground. [Torque to factory spec]

ICON's published limited warranty applies to this part, and we handle any claim with ICON for you.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the part was first installed on.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
