UltraGroove part KRF171 is made for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 and F-150 Raptor and the 2022-2025 F-150 Lightning with Ford's "5.5-ft" bed (67.1", listed as 5'7"). The ArmorTek deck locks at 12" steps along the rails, so a short bed can stay partly covered around a tall load.

Features

ArmorTek laminated deck
Aluminum slats give the deck its strength, and a laminated ArmorTek layer covers them. The padded polymer resists weather and leaves a smooth, soft finish on top.

Lock knob and pull strap
One turn of the knob under the cover releases the latches, and a continuous tension spring draws the deck into its canister. The pull strap brings it back from the rear of the truck.

Locks every 12"
Lock positions sit at 12" intervals along the rails, so the deck can stay partly open for tall cargo while the rest of the bed stays covered.

RES T-slot rails
Both side rails carry dual T-slots for Pace Edwards, Thule, Yakima or Rhino-Rack accessories, and the shaped rear end caps let a rack go on without blocking access to the bed.

Seals and drain tubes
Perimeter seals line the rails, the end caps seal the rear corners, and a tailgate seal spans the width of the gate. Drain tubes at the front and rear carry water that gets past them out of the bed.

Clamps and leveling arms
On this truck each rail clamp bolt is tightened to 70 in-lb, per Pace Edwards, and clamp kickstands with a turn-to-adjust knob level the rails. A tapered canister at the bulkhead leaves more of the bed for cargo.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty. Pace Edwards backs the UltraGroove with a five-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. It covers the ArmorTek deck against delamination, the continuous tension spring against failure, and all lock assemblies, hardware and components. Normal wear including fading or discoloration, water intrusion and any damage it causes, added parts and accessories, and storms or other outside causes are not covered. Lubricants other than the ones Pace Edwards specifies, misuse, improper installation, cargo left unsecured so it damages the cover, and accessories that interfere with the cover without Pace Edwards' written approval void the coverage. Pace Edwards decides whether a part is defective and repairs or replaces it at its discretion. Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the carton when the order is placed. Inspect on delivery. Check the deck, canister, rails, drain tubes and hardware against the parts list when the cover arrives, and report any shortage or shipping damage before installation begins.
