Features
- Radius arm drop brackets: The drop brackets lower the frame-side radius arm mount so your factory arms sit back at their stock angle on a leveled or mildly lifted truck. ReadyLIFT says this keeps correct OEM suspension geometry.
- 1" billet lower coil spacers: The kit includes ReadyLIFT's 67-2551 1" billet spacers, which sit on the axle under the spring perch to add front height.
- A step up from a 2.5" level: ReadyLIFT built it for trucks already running a 2.5" leveling kit or its 2.5" Mild Lift kit; the spacers and brackets together raise the lift. The parts come from ReadyLIFT's 3.5" series lift kits.
- Crush sleeves and new hardware: The brackets go in with the crush sleeves and new hardware supplied in the kit. Your factory radius arms, coil springs and shocks are reused.
- Made for 2005-2016 Super Duty 4WD: Built for 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks; the fitment table on this page lists each truck it fits.
- About 3.5 hours, then align: ReadyLIFT estimates about 3.5 hours to install, not counting alignment and wheel and tire work. Plan on a wheel alignment and a headlamp check afterward.
Description & Fitment
ReadyLIFT's Radius Arm Bracket Kit, part 67-2550, is for 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. It pairs radius arm drop brackets, which lower the frame-side radius arm mount, with 1" billet lower coil spring spacers that sit between the axle and the spring perch. Crush sleeves and new mounting hardware come in the kit; the factory coil springs, isolators, shocks and radius arms are reused. ReadyLIFT estimates about 3.5 hours to install, and a professional wheel alignment is required afterward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my 2005-2016 Super Duty?
It fits 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. 2WD trucks are not covered, and the F-450 is not on our fitment list for this kit. If you're unsure, send us your VIN and we'll check.
What comes in the kit?
Radius arm drop brackets with crush sleeves and new hardware, plus 1" billet lower coil spring spacers. Coil springs, shocks and radius arms are not included; your factory parts go back in.
Can I use it without a leveling kit?
ReadyLIFT designed it as an add-on for 2005-2016 Super Duty trucks already running a 2.5" leveling kit or ReadyLIFT's 2.5" Mild Lift kit. If your truck is at stock height, contact us before you order.
Does it replace my radius arms?
No. The drop brackets reposition your factory radius arms, which are reused. This kit does not include tubular arms or a cam bolt kit.
Will I need an alignment afterward?
Yes. ReadyLIFT's install guide calls for a wheel alignment and a headlamp check once the truck is back on the ground.
How long does it take to install?
ReadyLIFT estimates about 3.5 hours, give or take half an hour, not counting the alignment or wheel and tire work. ReadyLIFT's install guide is on this page.
Installation
Here's the short version. Follow ReadyLIFT's install guide (below) for your truck's exact steps, hardware and torque settings.
- Unload the front springs. Support the front on jack stands rated for at least 3 tons and remove the wheels. Disconnect the lower sway bar hardware and the brake line support bracket, support the axle with a floor jack, unbolt the lower shocks, then carefully lower the axle and remove the coil springs.
- Fit the coil spacers. Remove the bolt from the middle of each spring perch, set the billet spacer on the axle under the perch, and secure it with the supplied hardware torqued to spec.
- Move the vacuum line. Unclip the vacuum line from the brake bracket, bend the tab 180 degrees so the line sits behind the bracket, then reconnect the line and clip and reattach the bracket.
- Drop the radius arms. Support each radius arm and remove its frame bolts, lower the arm enough to slide the drop bracket into the frame, line it up with the frame holes and raise the arm into it. Fit the crush sleeves and new hardware, tighten them, and leave the factory radius arm bolt loose for now.
- Reassemble. Reinstall the factory coil springs with their rubber isolators, clocked correctly on the perch. Raise the axle to reconnect the lower shocks and sway bar end links, tighten to factory spec and refit the wheels.
- Finish on the ground. With the truck on the ground, torque the factory radius arm bolt to spec, recheck everything, test drive, re-torque within 50 miles, then have a professional alignment done and re-aim the headlamps.

Warranty
ReadyLIFT backs its products with its "No Hassle" product warranty, which its install guides call a limited lifetime warranty. In ReadyLIFT's words: "If it breaks, we will give you a new part."- It covers the original purchaser of the ReadyLIFT product only.
- Products with missing or defective components are covered. ReadyLIFT expedites the replacement part and may ask for the defective part back, at its expense, so its quality team can check it; that return does not hold up the replacement.
- Wearable components, including but not limited to shocks, ball joints, heim joints, bushings and steering extensions, are covered for up to 1 year.
- ReadyLIFT leveling kits, block kits and lift kits are not intended for off-road abuse, and damage from off-road abuse voids the warranty. Exception: ReadyLIFT Jeep SST and Terrain Flex lift kits are designed for normal off-road use and stay covered in recreational off-road environments.
- Not covered: discontinued, clearance or outlet products; labor, installation, surcharges or other fees from the original purchase; consequential damage to the vehicle. ReadyLIFT may change, modify or cancel the warranty without prior notice.
- Claims: contact us with your order number before removing a part you think is defective, and we'll start the claim with ReadyLIFT for you.
