Warranty. Rigid covers this product with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Powder coating carries a 1-year term, and improper installation, accidents, ammonia-based cleaners and road salt are not covered. Shipping. Ships in the manufacturer's carton by parcel carrier; long light bars ship in oversize cartons. Inspect on delivery. Open the package as soon as it arrives and check every piece against the listing before you install it, then report any shipping damage right away with photos. Returns. Replacement parts are final sale unless defective.
