Description & Fitment
The D-XL PRO White Pods Pair puts Rigid's 4" x 4" D-XL PRO pod in a white housing, sold two to a box in a spot version (324213) or a diffused flood version (324313). Each pod is 4.75" wide and 4.5" tall, and the pair ships with stainless U-brackets, mounting hardware, vibration isolators and a harness with switch and relay. Rigid's page for the white pair gives no lumen or wattage figures, so we don't quote any. Rigid labels this page with a 2-year warranty, unlike the black D-XL PRO pairs.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check your fit: A pair of 4" x 4" D-XL PRO pods in a white housing, 4.75" x 4.5" per Rigid. Each pod bolts down on its stainless U-bracket through a 7/16" hole. A harness with switch and relay is in the box.
Not for: Road use: Rigid lists no SAE beam for it, so it is for off-road use only. Black-housing D-XL PRO pairs (322113 to 322713) are sold as the D-XL PRO Pods Pair.

INDUSTRIES.
Rigid Industries started in Gilbert, Arizona in 2006 as a seller of powersports parts. Its engineers decided halogen and HID lamps were holding drivers back and went after a better light, and the company credits that work with its patented Hybrid Optical System and with launching the first LED light bar.

Spot or diffused?
Spot (324213) reaches farther; the diffused flood (324313) gives a soft, wide light for work areas and reversing.
Is a harness included?
Yes: Rigid's page lists a harness with switch and relay, plus vibration isolators. Plan on a 3/4" hole for the switch.
Is this light street legal?
No. Rigid lists no SAE beam for this light, so it is for off-road use only. For road use, Rigid sells the D-Series SAE fog pairs 504815 (white), 504816 (selective yellow) and 50482 (white/yellow) separately.
D-Series PRO or D-XL PRO?
Size and output. D-Series PRO is the 3" x 3" pod; D-XL PRO is a 4" x 4" pod with between two and three times the raw lumens on Rigid's sheets, and it comes with a relay harness and vibration isolators.
Which beam should I choose?
Spot and hyperspot reach farthest, flood and diffused spread light wide for work and slow trails, and driving sits between them. Rigid recommends diffused optics for reverse, work and scene lighting.
How should I clean the lens?
With mild soap and water or mineral spirits. Rigid's polycarbonate lenses can be damaged by ammonia-based cleaners and by road salt left on them, and that damage isn't covered, so avoid glass cleaners and automatic car washes and rinse salt off with fresh water.
Installation
- Drill for a 7/16" hole
- 3/4" hole for the switch
Here's the short version. Follow Rigid's install sheet (below) for the exact positions, wiring and hardware.
- Disconnect the battery. Do this before you service any fuse or wiring.
- Assemble the light. Press the left and right mount bushings into the housing, then attach the mount bracket with the 4.5" socket cap screws, flat washers and low-profile lock nuts.
- Mount it. Drill a 7/16" hole and fix the assembly with the 3/8"-16 carriage bolt, washers and nut. Rigid includes vibration isolators but says they are optional.
- Route the harness. Run it to the lights and through the firewall to the switch location, away from heat and sharp or abrasive surfaces. Red battery eyelet to positive, black to negative.
- Wire the switch. Drill a 3/4" hole for it. For a pair: black to the gold prong (ground), blue to the middle prong (output), red to the remaining prong (power).

Warranty
Rigid lists a 2-year warranty on this light. It protects the original buyer against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the purchase date, with proof of purchase.- Rigid's 1-year limit on powder coating and lenses also applies.
- If Rigid confirms a defect, it replaces the item, refunds it or issues store credit, at its discretion. Rigid may ask for photos or video before it approves a claim.
- Not covered: normal maintenance, service or adjustment; opening the light or breaking its water-tight seal, such as taking off the bezel or its screws (unless the light is built for lens swaps); accidents, alteration, misuse, neglect, abuse, vandalism or physical damage; repairs or changes made by anyone other than Rigid; improper installation, including electrical damage from it, or not following Rigid's instructions; use that goes against Rigid's warnings, labels or documentation; use with equipment or parts Rigid didn't make; fire, flood, lightning and other natural events; harsh road hazards, excessive heat and wear beyond normal; and damage caused by the delivering carrier.
- Lens care: the polycarbonate lens can be damaged by ammonia-based cleaners and, over time, by road salt, and Rigid does not cover either. Clean it with mild soap and water or mineral spirits, rinse salt off with fresh water, and skip automatic car washes, whose soap may contain ammonia.
- Rigid gives no other express or implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Rigid also states that some of its lights are built and sold only for off-road driving.
- Rigid's warranty does not apply to products bought from unauthorized sellers on third-party marketplaces. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll take it through Rigid's process with you.

Check each lens for cracks or scratches and make sure both lights, the brackets (surface pods), the mounting hardware and the harness or leads listed for your version are in the carton. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
