The Rigid Revolve Bar Cover Amber is a snap-on polycarbonate cover for Rigid's Revolve light bars, sold as one cover section. It is for owners who want an extra layer of protection and an amber tint for weather. One cover fits each 10" of bar, so a 10" bar takes one and a 50" bar takes five. The durable polycarbonate cover snaps on and off and shows Rigid's logo clearly.

How many do I need?

Will a cover change my light's beam?
It sits in front of the lens, so it changes the light you see. Amber and yellow covers tint the light, and Rigid offers them for harsh weather; black covers are for when the light is off.
Does this part make a light street legal?
No. Road use depends on the light itself: Rigid's SAE-compliant lights carry an SAE beam, and its other lights are sold for off-road use only. These parts don't change that.
How do I pick the right size?
Match the series and size in the title to your light. Bar covers for 20" and longer SR-Series bars come in sections, and Rigid's photo table shows how many each bar needs.
How should I clean the lens?
With mild soap and water or mineral spirits. Rigid's polycarbonate lenses can be damaged by ammonia-based cleaners and by road salt left on them, and that damage isn't covered, so avoid glass cleaners and automatic car washes and rinse salt off with fresh water.

Rigid lists a 2-year warranty on this part, in line with its 2-year class for accessories such as mounts, covers and kits. It protects the original buyer against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the purchase date, with proof of purchase.- If Rigid confirms a defect, it replaces the part, refunds it or issues store credit, at its discretion, and it may ask for photos or video first.
- Not covered: wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, physical damage, changes or repairs made by anyone other than Rigid, improper installation, use with parts Rigid didn't make, natural events such as fire, flood or lightning, harsh road hazards, and damage caused by the delivering carrier.
- Lens care: the polycarbonate lens can be damaged by ammonia-based cleaners and, over time, by road salt, and Rigid does not cover either. Clean it with mild soap and water or mineral spirits, rinse salt off with fresh water, and skip automatic car washes, whose soap may contain ammonia.
- Rigid gives no other express or implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Rigid also states that some of its lights are built and sold only for off-road driving.
- Rigid's warranty does not apply to products bought from unauthorized sellers on third-party marketplaces. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll take it through Rigid's process with you.
