The Rigid Roof Pod Mount is a vehicle-specific roof mount kit for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco. It is for Bronco owners adding Rigid 4" 360-Series pods or D-Series pods. The mount uses factory mounting points and comes with brackets and hardware. It is built from stainless steel under a UV-resistant black powder coat.

Its engineers decided halogen and HID lamps were holding drivers back and went after a better light, and the company credits that work with its patented Hybrid Optical System and with launching the first LED light bar.

Installation
- 10mm socket
- 13mm socket and wrench
- Blue thread locker
Here's the short version. Follow Rigid's install sheet (below) for the exact positions, wiring and hardware.
- Cut the power first. Disconnect any power source connected to the vehicle before you touch fuses or wiring.
- Covers off. Release the accessory-ready covers above the windshield, remove the two 10mm nuts per side (don't reuse them) and the black retainer, then fit the rubber isolation pads.
- Side brackets. Center the studs in the slots, start the supplied serrated nuts loosely and fit the U-nuts.
- Build the rack. Pick the 6- or 8-pod bolt pattern, set the aluminum truss under the steel bracket, fit the carriage bolts with nylocs loosely and screw the new covers on.
- Test fit and tighten. With two people, set the rack on the side brackets, then lift it off, tighten the serrated nuts with blue thread locker, fit the caps, refit the rack and add the center pods.

Rigid lists a 2-year warranty on this part, in line with its 2-year class for accessories such as mounts, covers and kits. It protects the original buyer against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the purchase date, with proof of purchase.- If Rigid confirms a defect, it replaces the part, refunds it or issues store credit, at its discretion, and it may ask for photos or video first.
- Not covered: wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, physical damage, changes or repairs made by anyone other than Rigid, improper installation, use with parts Rigid didn't make, natural events such as fire, flood or lightning, harsh road hazards, and damage caused by the delivering carrier.
- Lens care: the polycarbonate lens can be damaged by ammonia-based cleaners and, over time, by road salt, and Rigid does not cover either. Clean it with mild soap and water or mineral spirits, rinse salt off with fresh water, and skip automatic car washes, whose soap may contain ammonia.
- Rigid gives no other express or implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Rigid also states that some of its lights are built and sold only for off-road driving.
- Rigid's warranty does not apply to products bought from unauthorized sellers on third-party marketplaces. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll take it through Rigid's process with you.
