Description & Fitment
Built for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JK Unlimited, this TeraFlex adapter pair spaces the factory wheels out 1.25" so bigger tires have more clearance when the steering is turned. It keeps the JK's stock 5x5" bolt pattern and acts only as an offset spacer. Each kit handles one axle, and TeraFlex says two kits are needed per vehicle. Use wheels at least 8" wide with no more than 4" of backspacing.

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Park on level ground with the parking brake set, raise and support the vehicle at safe points and remove the wheels.
- Remove and discard any rotor retainer washers on the wheel studs, then measure the factory studs: they cannot be longer than 1.25"; grind longer studs at the tip to just under 1.25" without cutting into the threads.
- Slide the spacer onto the studs and check with a straight edge that no stud protrudes past its face.
- Apply red thread locker to the wheel studs, fit the supplied lug nuts and torque them to 85-95 ft-lbs.
- Reinstall the wheels, lower the vehicle and torque the wheel lug nuts to 95-115 ft-lbs.

TeraFlex's warranty list does not name a term for its coil spring and strut spacers, so contact us before ordering and we will confirm the coverage. Where a kit includes them, TeraFlex covers its bump stops and its 9550 VSS shocks for life against defects in materials and workmanship.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.

Spacer kits are small parts in one box. Match every spacer, bump stop part and hardware bag to the part list in the TeraFlex instructions before you start, and contact us right away about anything missing. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
