Description & Fitment
This TeraFlex kit tucks an ARB On-Board High Performance 12-Volt Twin Air Compressor under the front passenger seat of a 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited 4-door, out of the weather. On 2007 models it fits under the driver seat only, and on later years it can go under the driver seat with some modification. The manifold and locker solenoids mount next to the compressor for simple hose routing, and a vent exhaust hose kit routes fumes outside the vehicle. The compressor is not included; TeraFlex lists about an hour of labor.

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Park on level ground with the parking brake set (taking off the passenger doors gives better access), remove the seat belt bolt at the side of the seat (T45 Torx) and unclip any wiring between the vehicle and the seat.
- Remove the four bolts holding the seat frame to the floor (18mm) and lift out the seat, then remove the six nuts holding the seat to the riser (13mm) and the wire retainer bracket (T-30 Torx; discard it).
- Remove the mesh mufflers from the solenoids and fit the barbed fittings; mount the manifold and then the compressor to the bracket (compressor bolts 92 in-lbs / 10 Nm, manifold bolts 18 ft-lbs / 25 Nm), run the hose from the compressor to the manifold and install the solenoids.
- Drill a 3/8" hole through the grommet under the seat and pass the locker hose through (for two lockers, use the Y connector and cut the hose as needed).
- Set the bracket on the seat studs with the compressor facing the floor, fit the seat riser brackets over it (nuts 21 ft-lbs / 28 Nm) and run the wiring harness (right-side mounting uses a firewall hole near the right inner fender with no harness change; left side needs the ARB harness lengthened).
- Reinstall the seat without pinching any wires (bolts 55 ft-lbs / 75 Nm), connect the wiring harness, exhaust and air lines to the compressor, reconnect the seat pressure sensor and factory harness fastener, and refit the seat belt (30 ft-lbs / 40 Nm).

Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days (defects only).- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
