Description & Fitment
On a 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK or JK Unlimited lifted 2.5" or more, the front driveshaft can hit the exhaust crossover pipe as the suspension drops. The TeraFlex Exhaust Spacer Kit fits between the exhaust header flanges and the crossover pipe flanges to move the crossover pipe rearward. TeraFlex says it is required on these lifted JKs to keep the driveshaft clear on down travel. The kit takes about 1 hour to install.

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Park on level ground with the parking brake set (vehicle can be on the ground or a lift) and loosen the Y-pipe clamp joining the front and rear pipe sections so the exhaust can slide together.
- Grind or chisel off the spot-welded indexing stop in the intermediate pipe, then remove the four exhaust flange bolts (13mm) at the left and right crossover pipe collectors.
- Pry the flanges apart, fit the spacers (the longer one goes on the passenger side), install the supplied bolts and tighten them evenly, then check the pipes are still aligned and retighten the Y-pipe clamp.

TeraFlex's warranty list does not name a term for its coil spring and strut spacers, so contact us before ordering and we will confirm the coverage. Where a kit includes them, TeraFlex covers its bump stops and its 9550 VSS shocks for life against defects in materials and workmanship.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.
