Description & Fitment
TeraFlex Modular Rash Rings protect the lip of TeraFlex's 6-spoke off-road wheels from trail rocks and parking-lot curbs. The split rings are polyethylene thermoplastic with UV inhibitors to resist color fade, and they come in black, red or white with the mounting screws. TeraFlex's sheet shows them on Nomad and Street Lock wheels: the tire goes on first, then the ring halves bolt on with a 7/32" and 5/16" hex. Choose the color as the option.

Installation

Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Mount the tire on the Nomad wheel before fitting the rash ring; the rings can go on with the wheel on the Jeep, but it is easiest with the wheel lying flat.
- Remove the six rash ring screws from the wheel with a 7/32" hex.
- Place the split rash rings around the wheel.
- Install the provided screws and tighten them in a crisscross pattern with a 5/16" hex, torque 30 ft-lbs.

TeraFlex's warranty list names no term for rash rings, so contact us before ordering and we will confirm the coverage.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.
